I stopped in with my family for a bite to eat and the service was great. The cashier Kia was friendly and very pleasant. She smiled the entire time she took my family's order and when she thought she made a mistake with my order she quickly caught my attention and fixed it right away. Our food came out quick and hot and overall we had a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back when I'm visiting Sandusky!
I understand that we were there an hour before they close, and every one was ready to go home doesn't mean to have bad service. (also i know the lady in front of us ordered almost every thing off the menu but still...) we only ordered 3 blizzards, 2 the same just different sizes and 1 mini. and all 3 blizzards were wrong 😑

Food is good, but they always get my order wrong, last time I came through and ordered a single blizzard with Oreo and Reesie’s, instead they gave me Not one but 2 and charged me for both, I went through again recently to give them a second chance and asked for chicken and an Oreo milkshake, I got the chicken, but they straight up, didn’t put the milkshake in and didn’t tell me about it until after I got my food and being one who doesn’t like to make a scene.
