Called in to order the call center hung up on me called again they transfered me to the local branch only to be disrespected and was rude toward for wanting to pay cash and told they didnt want my business since i only had cash and got hung up on by the local manager will never support refer or try to order from again and will let everyone know the type of interaction i had trying to order from them and will suggest that everyone stays away from ordering from this location or anything pertaining to the dominoes name since they wantnto be disrespectful to cash paying customers papa johns was more than willing to take my order with the upmost respect and didnt have a problem with cash paying customers

Just bought pizza from there tonight. Ordered a five topping pizza and only received two toppings. This is the second time that I've ordered pizza from this location, and both times, they messed up my order.

I called With issues the 1st manager Kiera said she could not help and to call back and Talk to Aaron and he was also no help, Food was garbage and I kept the food and voiced that and Aaron had all the correct thoughts he thought and did not listen to anything I had to say and came up with his own opinion like he was the one that had to eat the nasty food. He was not willing to replace the food or give me someone else to talk to that might be of some assistance since he could not so I figured a review and a survey and a googled corporate number that will lead me back to Aaron would help him help me in a few Days

I ordered a delivery and everything was kool...BUT...I ordered a pasta in a foil bowl, but got a bread bowl instead. I called to let them know and instead of the manager talking to me about it he told the driver to tell me that there was nothing they could do because I wasn't charged and it's the same amount amount of food, I begged the differ. At the end of the day the one part of the order was messed up and it wasnt handled, just the brush off. Now I have this bread bowl I'm not gonna eat because I already had the bread bits
Ordered off the app delivery driver tried to take the food back when my roommate went to retrieve it food was horrible pizzas had barely any pepperoni or beef and lava cakes were cold as was the pizza from now on I'll get little Ceasars instead

In general all domino's i get pizza from in the USA (mainly michigan), this is there "double mushrooms" and I tell them to put more on and charge me for an extra topping and some do and it still looks like this. Over in Canada though, they load on the mushrooms and have "triple mushrooms " as an option. Domino's has to do better with their toppings. Also that call center crap...thats gotta go

My daughter payed with card they said she didn't I wanted them to check with the people who took the order Then I asked if they would make it right if We each had payed and the girl said no it wasn't payed for then the driver said he couldn't take my card so here I am with hungry kids. Then they wouldn't give me cooperation number I will find it I have never been treated so bad

Like walking into a rap club with ppl who know less than I do. Blasting vulgar music which is fine for your personal time not a public store. Talking to me like I am from the streets with swear words and as though lite cook is a mystery beyond understanding. Finally, I had to pick it up from my hotel as there was no delivery and they wouldn't give me cups with my 60-dollar order. I asked why they had them and the answer was-... for hotel customers only. Wth is this world coming to? I just told him I was coming from a hotel.
