Stopped to get gas, and the Dunkin Donuts was attached. There was a customer at the checkout who had a big order. I wanted a cake donut with chocolate icing. Unfortunately, it was taking too long, so I left.

This morning 3/10 the lady who served us was very rude...she ignored customers for awhile...spilled a coffee and was more worried about getting off huffing and puffing. Not professional at all

Came through the drive thru got a large hot original latte they tried to hand me an Iced coffee I informed them it was supposed to be hot it took her 10 mins to come back to the drive thru with my remade drink and this is what I was given talked to the manager who told me that's just dunkins way of making it the staff here is always very unfriendly and rude foods always burnt and cold obviously this store has to be franchise because there's no way this store would ever meet expectations for corporate!!

The staff were nice, but the doughnuts? We hadn't had one that worth the price in a long time. The ones on Friday were so good, so generous with vikings and frosting, we had to go back. The second batch were not as impressive, but still had a good flavor to them. Worth a stop.

Employee stayed on the phone until line started backing up. Set phone down long enough to take our order. Everyone hair past there butt and not in net. The food is the only thing that made it worth coming in, not the service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes to make a green tea and an iced coffee with only one vehicle in front of you. Also the chocolate chip cookie was frozen. The only saving grace was the A/C that poured out upon us when the employee finally completed his side quests and made it to the window.
Also my green tea was yellow for some reason..
