Mark is a great manager took care of our problem immediately. He was nice and happy to work there. Mary is also great! She is super nice and always makes good drinks

Not only one time did they not have hot coffee the entire day... It actually happened twice in 6 weeks. Dunkin' donuts with no hot coffee. Apparently they kept their doors open those two days because they could offer iced coffee and they justified it justly. One of the top 5% worse dunkin' donuts east of the Mississippi.

The two girls working the counters I don't know what their names were they started a verbal argument with my daughter they were very rude they were very derogatory language and I am very displeased that I never got a call back from corporate headquarters because I left a message and no one ever responded back to me and I supposedly talk to a manager on the telephone no response back at all I want those girls fired I'd like a public apology to my daughter this is a Duncan store on Perkins avenue at the intersection of Hayes avenue by the BP I probably won't get a response back with about this either

My daughter loves the snacking bacon. It taste like it’s dipped in maple syrup with fresh cracked pepper on top. Nobody else has anything like this.

poor service, they acted like they were doing me a favor !! did not buy anything and just left. i noticed that they seem to have time to chat with each other and share stuff on their phones!!
Ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches, but they only gave us 3. Originally, they didn't even know we had any sandwiches and so just gave us a donut and coffee. Waited over 25 minutes afterwards to get what we paid for but they couldn't keep up with the rush. Needs better management. Guys eating there sandwiches and donuts with the trash can as their table provided some gross entertainment too
Every time I order here, something is wrong. Either the drink is completely off (last time they didn’t put 3 pumps of mocha in, they put 3 pumps of cream in and it tasted like I was drinking straight milk) , they don’t give me the right items, or they just don’t give me items at all. I’m done paying for things that I’m not even getting. Employees that I’ve met aren’t horrible but customer service could be better. Do better.
