Ordered Hot coffee and handed me room temperature coffee, when I asked her to kindly heat it up, She said it’s the last order of coffee and there is no microwave. She could’ve just said it before ordering and wasting my money!

Absolutely rude. all 3 employees that were working here in the morning.
Our food was either burnt, hard as a rock, or nonexistent.

Employees acted like customers were bothering them when they should be there to serve the customers.

Horrible food, horrible service.
Vanilla chai tea latte was all ice and syrup and NO tea. Disgusting. Requested oatmilk and was charged extra, I have a dairy allergy and was given regular milk instead.
Bacon was limp and uncooked.
Hashbrowns were burned.
Literally the worst experience at a coffee shop and highly unprofessional.
Employees looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there and could care less about what service and or food customers receive.
The customers in front of me walked away.
The line was long, when I arrived in the lobby, but the guy and the rest of the staff behind the counter kept it moving. My coffee tasted good.
It was horrible!!!! Rude ,over charged me, cashier was not nice, the list goes on and on

Just like your regular Dunkin' ~ food was fresh, drinks were delicious ? and staff were very pleasant. Times are limited; closes at 3 pm.
These workers are not just simple employees, they are soldiers. Soldiers in a constant battle to maintain a smile against an onslaught of angry single mothers who are just waiting for the slightest reason to complain, criticize, and look for any reason to become offended. The term Karen has only recently become an everyday word but they have existed since human women developed the idea of entitlement. Beware, for their numbers grow everyday and their primary target are the low wage service workers of the world. We should always stand for these noble wage slaves against the unholy karen. For the Karen in the enemy of all that holds our fragile society together.

Absolutely terrible service.
The cashier I had makes no attempt at replying to small talk apart from very rudely brushing me off. 0 concept of hospitality in a tourist destination.
Your location should only hire people who are friendly to tourists.
Every time I go here you’re out of something. Every girl you have taking orders has an attitude. I’d rather drive to the Norwalk location that’s 25 mins away then to continue to give the Sandusky location my service. If they don’t want to deal with all the customers then they should find another job.
