Hands down the best eggrolls I’ve ever had—and some of the best food I’ve ever had off a food truck, period. I’m so glad I stopped by Enroll Food Truck. I tried the Philly cheesesteak, the Italian, and the chicken bacon ranch eggrolls—and after the first bite, I knew one wasn’t going to be enough. I even grabbed extras to toss in the air fryer later.
