We’ve been going to this Fazoli’s location for the past couple years during our trips to Cedar Point. In the past service has been exceptional. Tonight, however, it was not. We had to ask after missing items in our order multiple times. We never received the marinara for our mozzarella bites (that we asked for at the time we ordered & asked about after they were eventually brought to our table). I may have been able to forgive the lack of service if it were crowded, but it was just us & maybe 4 other occupied tables inside. Seriously disappointing experience.
