Waited 15 min for our food then they finally bring it out and said it will be just a minute for the breadsticks so we waited and waited and other tables around us got there’s then as we was leaving they all were on there phone standing there

We decided to hit the drive-thru for our first time after furniture shopping in Sandusky, and our experience was terrific! First, great customer service unfortunately is hard to find these days in food and beverage, and each person we came into contact with here, from order to window was extremely patient while my indecisive family ordered lol, they answered all questions and even made a recommendation on the Italian creme cake to add strawberries!! That was DELISHHHH!! Jamie was so polite and sweet —we will absolutely be back!!! Thank you for an outstanding first experience, We are super excited to come back and dine in to try your unlimited breadsticks you told us about!! 10 stars!! Food is hot, fresh and taste home made!!! Chefs kiss!!

Fazolis holds a dear place in my heart. It has been a tradition while traveling through Sandusky Ohio, That we take a moment as a family to sit down and share a quality meal.The atmosphere is warm and inviting with ambiance. The restaurant is always clean and staff takes care of each individual guest. They visit the table and offer free bread sticks and will even refill your drinks if you ask.The menus are easy to read and picture choices are listed. Prices are fairly decent coming in at $9-$11/meal. Kids menu is fantastic and they have a lunch special.There is plenty of parking and it's only two minutes away when exiting the freeway. I highly recommend making this a tradition.Kid-friendliness: Families of all ages do well in this environment. Kids menus have coloring. Staff is fantastic.
My husband and I hadn't been to a Fazoli's since college (15+ years) and were happy to find one while traveling. The workers were great! One offered us a paper menu as we were trying to look on our phones and stay out of the way of other customers ordering since it was busy. Ordered and got food quickly. Food was just as good as we remembered it. Missy, working in the dinning area, was very friendly. She checked on us a few times and even answered all of our questions.
