Sandwich is good if you like stale bread and lot of it. The contents of the sandwich is good but with the overwhelming amount of bread (stale as it was) it left more to be desired. The cooks can’t figure out consistent fries for sure. Flavor was good but some were raw and some cooked perfect, not sure how you get that from the same batch, but they did. Very nicely decorated but a total dive at heart. Staff sitting at the bar, no one really cares about the food. Such a shame

Decent pub to have a casual dinner. I had the Mediterranean salad and my wife had the Mediterranean grain bowl. The salad tasted good but was not fork friendly. The romaine lettuce was cut to big and the vegetables were cut to small. But other then that it was very good.

This was my wife's and my first visit to Tony's, and we had an enjoyable experience. The food was good 😋, the service was quick (it was a Wednesday evening and there were two other tables occupied when we arrived), and the prices were reasonable.
The menu has a decent assortment of apps, sandwiches, and other two-fisted items to shovel into your pie-hole. There are 19 beers on tap, plus a selection of canned and bottled beers to choose from to wash down all the deliciousness you will be consuming.
The interior is nicely remodeled and gives off a warm and friendly modern vibe. We were very happy with our visit and will be eating there again. BTW, the cheesesteaks rocked!!!

You can’t be a cool little place near the water with a street level bar, fresh food, good vibes, and great service. Stop by and grab a drink and one of their famous cheesesteaks!

Overall, we had an almost comically bad experience (though to be fair, we came for lunch on Labor Day).
The server did not know the menu and could not answer our questions—but on top of this, they made no effort to escalate our questions (even for quite simple things about the menu), specifically what is the grain in the “warm grain bowl”. They also told us they did not carry a specific canned beverage which was clearly being advertised and served at the bar.
One of the main advertised components of the BLT is a potato pancake, but they served us one without it. When asked about it, we were told “I think maybe we are out” with no apology or solution offered.
Also, the food took a very long time and it was very difficult to flag down our server, though given the holiday that is reasonable.

Best BLT I’ve ever had. Entirely family enjoyed their meals (American burger, walleye & wings). Service was fantastic even with our late arrival on a Monday after leaving cedar park at closing.

We have spent so much time at Tony’s this past summer. We love the outdoor bar/seating area. It’s so nice to sit out there on a beautiful summer night. Everyone loves the food and the service is great! My go-to is the salmon lox. My husband loves the crunch dog and burgers. The kids love the burgers and tenders!

Great burgers, right up there with MILLERS on Michigan Ave in Dearborn MI.
The hand cut fries are perfection.

Stop by here because I have a thing for taco's. The atmosphere was very loud and I felt I was screaming across the table. The outside bar looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day so we didn't even attempt to go out there. Service was kinda slow, I finished a bottle of Michelob before our food even got there! Food was fantastic though....bonus!

We visited last week while renting a condo about a block from Tony's for a week. We found this place by accident, just strolling thru town. Our son wanted wings and it was the first place with a menu our family of 4 could all agree upon. We came in from the back and up the patio to enter and weren't sure what to put expect. We were impressed with the interior and that it was the first restaurant (4th overall in Sandusky on our trip) with an adequate cooling system. We were all impressed with our choices. My husband had the Greek cheesesteak and loved it. I couldn't decide between the mac & cheese hot dog or the French Dip. Our server JP a suggested the French Dip and I have to say it is one of the best I've ever had. I think their seasoned mayo is what makes their sandwiches! The daughter and I both got the mac and cheese. She said it was the best mac & cheese she's ever had and she's never impressed. If we are ever back in Sandusky, we're definitely coming back!
