They are very sweet ladies in there! Second time coming and had two different ladies. Both were very nice and courteous and they help me pick out flavors so far I’ve tried six different kinds and they have all been amazing so far best place I’ve been in town for donuts.

You have to get your kids some donuts holes, they are a core memory of mine. I'd go through the drive through with my grandma or my dad, and I'd snack on those donuts holes all morning. Now of course I like to great my boys to the donuts holes but every now and then we'll go inside and I'll let them look at all the creative donuts combinations...my favorite donut is the maple bacon, sooo sweet and savory, if you are getting them to bring to work make sure you get plenty of maple bacon. My bud likes the glazed, he things the while idea of a donut is the dough, I think he's crazy because obviously the donuts is the frosting/filling/topping delivery vehicle, that's what it's all about baby! And don't forget the absolute showstopper that would make Wilford brimley haunt your dreams, the best apple fritter that I have ever had, andni spent the my 20s and 30s 300lbs and up so I have had my share of apple fritters. I would definitely go with a fritter over the maple bacon any day if I was forced to choose, thank God no one is making me choose.

Donuts and baked goods are very good BUT...management is poor. Owner is aloof and stirs up drama among employees that impacts the store and customers. Owner has missed payroll multiple times leaving employees in financial turmoil. Customer service is poor as employees are disgruntled. Owner keeps hiring "friends" that turn out to be acting in their self interest and against the Owner and customers. It's a business with potential but if it doesn't soon get new ownership and replace a majority of employees, it's doomed imo. There is a Vermillion store nice location but same drama.

Hi my 1 star rating isn't for anything. I gave it cause it says house of donuts opens at 5am so I went omw to work, and they were closed when I went at 535am. It just sucks cause I wanted to try this place for awhile and the first time I go the hours are messed up. Hope I can give a review one day.

I walked into the House of Donuts today as a part of my local excursion while staying at Kalahari Resorts. Since we are early risers, this was one of the few breakfast places open at 6:00 am.
Upon entering the establishment, I immediately noticed it was a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike many donut places where it may seem worn Tmthe House of Donuts was bright and cheery.
The staff were fun and engaging--joking with me as I ordered a variety of donuts. They also offered helpful suggestions.
After returning back, I want to say the donuts were a delight. There was a croissant-style donut that was an immense hit. The Kringle donuts were a powdered sugar donut with a light cream inside. The glazed donuts were light and airy. The peanut butter filled donuts featured a chocolate glaze that paired well together.
Overall a great find and I will come back again!

Stopped later in the morning, so donut choices were limited. I chose a dozen mixed donuts. They were incredible! The server was friendly and helpful. I recommend this shop to the most discerning donut lover!
