Twice now my smoked bone in wings were not smoked, called and talked to a worker at Chili's and she tried telling me they have never done smoked wings... ? when I ordered in June they were crispy, smoked, and so good but their wings only have the sauce going for them now, if I order from now on it will only be boneless, so disappointing...

Ordered thru uber eats. Took over an hour to get to me and I live 10 minutes from there. Food was cold. The driver sat near the mall fir over 20 minutes and didn't start moving until I texted him. Complained through the app and they will not provide a refund. Not only will I not use uber eats again but even the food was not that great. On top of being cold the sauce was not correct. I may have received someone else's order. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered off Door Dash, delicious wings and fries! Great price, fast delivery, and great wings. Couldn’t order extra crispy like in normally do, but they still came out great!

Ordered off of DoorDash and literally was delivered one two minutes of it being prepared but everything was cold. Not even luke warm just cold. Fries were tougher than tree bark and literally tasted like they had been microwaved multiple times. The Apple bbq would’ve been okay but the wings were just drowning in it making it too sweet to enjoy. Ended up just throwing it all away after a couple bites. Severely dissatisfied and disappointed
Decided try something new local- this one was a mistake. They forgot half the food and what we did get wasn't correct. Not only wrong sauce but not even right type of chicken. When I called, no one gives names, put me on hold for over 10mins without ever checking back in and then instead of correcting and sending out the right food the gut just said he refund it. First rime trying and will never go back. And make it worse, they never cancel the charge, it posted and no refund so have to call again. Was willing to try again had they corrected the order but now they never gave a refund and blamed Dior Dash instead. Super lame AND HIGHLY dont recommend. Sad they can't even take responsibility for THIER mistake Door Dash delivered it, they didint make it. Those nistakes was the restuarant. If I could do 0 star or less I wld

Genuinely the worst wings I have had in my entire life. The employees tried, but the chicken itself is just plain bad and no amount of sauce could cover up that fact. Generous servings of mediocre frozen curly fries is the only positive. Avoid this ghost restaurant at all costs, you’d be better off microwaving frozen chicken nuggets
