First time here, Was very disappointed with the Salad fixings and sandwich fixings that they have not nothing compared to Subway. We tried not our place stick with Subway.

Our take out order: Bought 4 sandwiches, got home, there were only 3. Paid extra for provolone cheese, we didn’t get cheese. Two sandwiches were supposed to be hot, they were cold. Asked for onions, got no onions. For reference, when we went to pick up the order, there were no customers and 2 women workers talking and laughing. Tried to call to tell them we were coming back for the 4th sandwich and nobody picked up. Kept going to voicemail.

The food is delicious as always, but while we sat for 15 mins waiting for one hot sub to be made for our to go order, we watched online orders being filled and put up for invisible customers to come get. Not acceptable!
