I'm not sure what's going on but the service has been lagging lately. Orders are taking longer as the workers are slow. Employees wearing headphones phones whilst working. Nobody greets the customers when they walk in. Many customers are vegetarian, and don't like the same gloves that made an order with meat being used to make a veggie sub. I remember freaky fast but now it's freaky slow.

I've never seen a location so incompetent they can't handle a few customers at a time. They don't utilize the pickup shelf. They just lay your sandwich wherever for anybody to grab. The employees look around like the answer is on the ceiling. Just shut down cus it's pathetic to watch.

So i placed a order for delivery and was goin to pay with cash. They don't take cash for delivery now but since when? But instead of them callin which the online order has my phone number they just voided my order and said nothing.! I won't be ordering from them again ever

If you are vegan, do not go here. The employees are very illiterate and cannot understand how to make a sandwich with no dairy after being asked 14 times.

I will never be ordering from this Jimmy johns again. An hour and a half for 2 subs is horrible. I called twice on times. It took the driver 30 minutes to deliver after leaving the store. Soggy bread and no mayo or mustard packets to top it off.

Ordered 1 sandwich at 11:30, it’s now 12:40 and we still haven’t received our delivery and we live across the street from them…. Nobody can tell us where our order is, just that “the driver has it”….an hour+ wait for 1 sandwich is absolutely insane.

The guy that took my order over the phone yesterday was so dry towards me. How are you going to be dry towards a customer that's bringing you business. He wasn't friendly or up beat at all. His customer services meant nothing to me the way he was talking and how dry he was. I just do not like interacting with Folks like that. If you hate your job that much maybe you shouldn't be working there then. That kind of customer service which was horrible turns customers away like my self. Just remember if it wasn't from the customers buying you guys food you wouldn't even be in business..this whole town of sandusky is so horrible. This jimmy John location is horrible too..I love jimmy John's food don't get me wrong but I can't stand the customer service and how dry that guy acted towards me.

Liberty Schultz

The girl who took our order was very short with us, and the one making the food was just downright rude. We mentioned that it was our first time there so we needed a second to look at the menu. I asked what all came on the veggie sub, and the one making the food (even though I asked the girl taking our order) rudely and so fast I couldn’t even understand what she said told us what was on it. The lettuce on our subs was still frozen. The bread was so cold and chewy it was so hard to eat. We were extremely disappointed.
