Once a year we usually bring our kids for weekend to here and we will never come back after this time. We got to our room around 815pm and was getting ready to bath our children. Our tub spout fell off the wall and the shower didn’t work at all. Maintenance came to the room and said it couldn’t be fixed until tomorrow so Isaac the manager was called and we had to switch rooms. We packed everything up and moved across. Hi my name is Nikki Kocsis I was not happy with my stay. First of all I call sat and booked got one night then on Sunday decided to go two nights o called three times and I asked if Amy packages for stays and I was told no and on the second tone I called I tried to upgrade he didn’t do his job I had to call again the way o known was no email. We came for a quick get away with or kids! We have come dozens of times prior, but not in the last four years. I was/am so disappointed. We had to sign out towels which is fine but then we get multiple texts telling us we have towels. No crap, we are still here so of course we still have them. A human can man that station. However a human doesn’t check up in anymore, a kiosk does. Room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 but we don’t get a text until 4:45 ish saying our room...read full review
