We live in Sandusky, Ohio and received KFC coupons in the mail a couple weeks ago. The coupons are good until 05/05/2025. On 03/21/2025, between 3:30-3:45 p.m., we went to the KFC located at 433 W. Perkins Ave, Sandusky. The sign on the door said the lobby was closed and we had to go through the drive thru. We tried to order the 14 piece Thigh and Drum Meal for $20.99 per the coupon we had. The lady told us they didn't honor the $20.99 coupon but they would honor the $26.99 coupon and without the $26.99 coupon the meal would be $32.99. Needless to say I was being OVERLY kind by telling her to forget it. We ended up going across town to ARBY'S instead and got better food and better service for $21 WITHOUT a coupon.

Horrible service! Had a young man SHOVE an overly shoved the bag outTHE DRIVE THRU WINDOW . Also, would using 2 bags be a BIG DEAL instead of ONE CHEAP plastic that looked/felt like it was gonna explode? No hello or THANK YOU either. Customer service skills need a COACHING!

Very consistent food. We did a phone pick up order for 8 people and they put it together as soon as I arrived. The food was hot, very tasty and affordable.
