Worst Fry's I ever had the Fry's we're soggy. The chicken was burnt. Not going back!

We ordered a 12 piece dinner meal when we got our chicken, the skin was literally falling off as we took a bite of the chicken, you can totally taste grease in our chicken. It was so gross, we will never be going back to this establishment. This KFC doesn't know how to cook the chicken

We ordered the 16pc original chicken meal with sides and the chicken was so disgusting it had way to much grease on it ,as we picked up pieces out of the bucket the skin was literally sliding off on every single piece it tasted really gross and you could tell it was saturated in grease first bite, we won't be going back to this location

Absolute joke of a restaurant. They will screw your order up or short you on the order everything single time you go there. They can't make the most simple order correctly. I'm finished going to KFC . Sucks because I used to love it and spent a ton of money there. I guess I'm not the right color for them to make a order correctly. The food is trash there anyway.

In this restaurant you will find the worst experience, their advertising is misleading because they say they have the store open until 10 pm and before 9 pm they close and the workers are rude.

We live in Sandusky, Ohio and received KFC coupons in the mail a couple weeks ago. The coupons are good until 05/05/2025. On 03/21/2025, between 3:30-3:45 p.m., we went to the KFC located at 433 W. Perkins Ave, Sandusky. The sign on the door said the lobby was closed and we had to go through the drive thru. We tried to order the 14 piece Thigh and Drum Meal for $20.99 per the coupon we had. The lady told us they didn't honor the $20.99 coupon but they would honor the $26.99 coupon and without the $26.99 coupon the meal would be $32.99. Needless to say I was being OVERLY kind by telling her to forget it. We ended up going across town to ARBY'S instead and got better food and better service for $21 WITHOUT a coupon.
