Needs more cashier's
I like this store but the shopping carts have things in them and they wanna charge 75 cents just to get cash back that doesn't make sense at all. I really probably won't be shopping here that much no more. I'm not pay no 75 cents just together cash back off my card. And shopping carts shouldn't have dirty bags lifted inside of them when customers comes to shop here. But over all this isn't a bad store. I do have to say I know this doesn't have nothing to do with the store but a lot of the customers that shops here is constantly always in the way. People are rude I know the store can't cotrol customers and what others do but as far as the shopping carts being dirty and things are left inside of them that's not right at all. Don't no body wanna touch no body else dirty bags and God knows what's left in them. I do have to say some of the workers don't care here either they have attitudes.
Every register is SELF CHECK OUT. I used to love this store but I'm not getting any discount to check myself our and bag my own groceries. Very annoying. If they drop prices to match Aldis it would be different. But Top dollar at Meijer.

This was my first time shopping for Bourbon at Kroger Sandusky! I was shopping for OHLQ allocated bourbon today, and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kenny in the liquor department. Kenny was the sweetest, kindest employee I have ever encountered at a store. He was organized, calm, efficient and this was at a very stressful and high customer flux time. I was feeling overwhelmed and Kenny, was calm and relaxed and gracious to help me learn the process and quickly check out. Kenny deserves employee of the month! Kenny made my day! I will now shop here first, for all of my beverages and family party needs! Thank you Kenny!!!!
If I could no star I would. Rude employees with attitudes that like to hang up on you when youre trying to reach a manager. Never enough staff. Always waiting in line for 20+ mins. For a Store that is newer it's always leaking from the ceiling and smells like mold in the frozen section. Also system is messed up. How is one item covered under wic but you scan the same item (in the same transaction) not be covered? I get the same baby food each time (same brand same items) and half of them this month wasn't covered. They told me that it's a wic problem. No that's yalls system problem.
I will never go back to a kroger.

Never enough check outs open
So I was shopping here recently with my Aunt and using 32 FREE ITEM coupons that I had received from contacting companies. Well I began shopping and my Aunt went to Customer Service just to let them know that I was going to be using 32 FREE ITEM coupons so that way maybe they could open up another register instead of making other customers what in line behind me since it was going to be a process. So I finished my shopping and we went to Customer Service to let them know I was ready to check out and they sent me to self checkout which for me brought GREAT enjoyment!!!!!!! So here is how it worked. I scanned all 32 items, then I would scan a coupon. Then Taya; a Kroger employee and I would have to scroll through all my items and find the right product. Then Taya would enter the price of the item. Mind you we had to do that 32 times. Taya was so sweet during the whole process and had a GREAT attitude. Not only was she helping me but she had to help other people with self checkout. Taya definitely made the whole checkout process a pleasant experience!!!!!!!
