Very rare to find good service these days, but of all restaurants I have been to we all agreed this was a fantastic experience. All of the staff were awesome! We had a larger party of 10 for a birthday brunch and our waitress Felicia was hands down the most fun and attentive waitress I can say we have had in many years. The food was excellent and portions were well above average. Will absolutely return and recommend to anyone going to the Sandusky area.

I feel compelled to do a review. We had a fantastic dinner. My wife ordered the blackened grouper, I ordered the walleye. Both were absolutely fantastic! We get fish a lot, and therefore know good fish. It was prepared perfectly. The sides were also tasty. It was a little bit loud, and we probably would've stayed for a second drink but we were having trouble hearing each other... but the food still made it worth it, and I suppose that's what happens when you serve good food. Well done Landmark, we will be back.

5 stars! Hands down the best place we’ve tried in a long time! A few months ago we went to a very nice restaurant down the road and as we left we were walking past Landmark and a nice man handed us a menu raving about the perch. Tonight, trying to think of a new place to try I remembered that man and his perch and headed back.First thoughts when walking in were the staff is so friendly and the restaurant is beautiful. We had our son with us so they sat us in the dining area that was just gorgeous. I’d like to reiterate how nice our server was, Emily. She was patient, kind and helped with recommendations.THE FOOD: Fantastic!! We came for the perch which was delicious, however the All In burger my sweetheart ordered was the most delicious burger I have ever tried. I’m not being dramatic it truly was the best burger I have ever tried. The calamari is the freshest I’ve had in Ohio. It’s thick and perfectly cooked accompanied by the okra, peppers and onion. The clams were perfectly seasoned and came with a delicious bread. My toddler gobbled up most of his food which is rare at any restaurant so that is all the proof I need that this place is the real deal.Fantastic job, Landmark! You can tell they take pride in their restaurant and they care about the quality of their food.Parking: We came in the winter so there were spots outside to park, I imagine in the summer it is more challenging to get so close.Kid-friendliness: Big portions for kids

Beautiful eatery on the shores of Lake Erie. Decent sit out available as well, but due to cold weather conditions it wasn’t possible today. The French Onion Soup was good but quite salty. The mussels were good, so was the perch sandwich. Salads were fresh. Staff was pleasant and very quick in their service.Restrooms were clean. Parking in a limited amount available just outside the entrance of the restaurant.
