The waitress was amazing the place was clean and inviting. There were 5 of us and we all ordered the ribeye. There was so much pepper on these steaks most of us could not eat it all. The other food was good but the steak was very disappointing.

We went to LongHorn in Sandusky for dinner last night and unfortunately had a very odd experience. The fire alarms went off twice during our meal, I was served raw chicken, and one person in our party never even got their meal until we had to ask about it. The staff did comp our food, which we appreciated, but overall the visit was chaotic and disappointing.

We got sat right away, Adam was our server. My caeser salad was fresh, no wilting or black lettuce, also it wasnt all the bitter white inner leaves and stems. Texas Onion was fried well, they definitely keep their oil filtered and clean and it came with a horseradish sauce. Adam was great, he was on top of the refills and suggested another round of drinks. I ordered the chop steak it came out in a reasonable time frame and it was cooked correctly. This might be my first time at longhorn in my adult life and I have to say it was a great experience. I have operated restuarants for the last 11 years and I know what good service looks like and this is it. I am impressed from the host stand, to Adam who served us, to the food. Bill for me and my wife and daughter was like $75 and we got better food and service than places that cost twice as much. Very impressed and thank you so much. My only regret is I live nearly 2 hours away but I am definitely willing to give the one near me a chance now
Our food was okay, it was warm not hot, kind of like it sat a while before it was brought out to us. The bread was quite good. Our server was not so good, we had to keep trying to get her attention and asking for stuff. Our food came and we didn't have any silverware, the server plopped our food down and walked off. Someone else brought us utensils. The desert was good.
