Got there early dinner nice clean nice atmosphere feel. Got a spot quick was served bread loaf and butter bread was so hard while cutting littered the whole table with crumbs each bit was as expected after that like having toast. Crumbs falling all over no knife besides steak knife to butter with. Had appetizer loaded fries every pull of a fry all toppings fell off them chewy bacon bits surprised me chewing it as it were gum side salads ordered came out they were basic can get same quality anywhere out came main course I ordered the outlaw medium well came out one side lots of burn like they let the heat get out of control taste of burn the whole time. The loaded potato as another side tasted like it sat in a pot of hot water waiting to be picked. Would have been a full hot mess except service was great

Wow. Not what I expected from a chain steakhouse. Classy atmosphere. Some might not like the seasonings on the steaks. Seems it's that way or not

Come here often but donât know what happened since I was here last. Tonight I had a Flo filet and a lobster tail. Filet was well done and I ordered it medium. Lobster tail was as small as a shrimp. Donât know if I will be back anytime soon.
I have had some great meals here but today was most definitely an exception. The service was terrible. Took 3 attempts just to get our drink order correct. Then the eternal ignore went in to effect. Our whole dining âexperienceâ took 2 hours. They did not even bring the bread out for over 1/2 hour after we placed our order. On top of that my steak was over done. I couldnât bring myself to complain as I feared it would be another hour to get a replacement. When I got the check I immediately handed over my card without looking at the check as we were in a hurry to leave. Came to find out we were charged for an item we did not order. Had to wait even longer to get that corrected. Meanwhile no comp was offered other than a sorry for the delay. No wonder Darden Restaurants are struggling. I donât think I will return.
