Ordered delivery to Kalahari on 2/5/26 Thursday evening and the pizza came within a half hour met the delivery driver in the lobby and the pizza was fresh and Hot, and delicious! They even provided plates and napkins for us which was much appreciated 👏 Thank you for great quality product and quick service!

Who waits over an hour when the app shows 20 minutes? Tracking disappeared and 4 calls got a snotty response from manager. No delivery. I will tell all of the boaters in the area to cross Marco’s Pizza off their lists.

So the pizza delivery guy gets to my apartment I paid with a 20.00 dollar bill and he goes they dont allow us to keep change im never ordering from here again. Because they would of only owed me back 0.27 cents but what if I had more change coming back i mean really. You all suck.
So I tried to place a pickup order at 1130...BUT I was placed on hold and then basically hunged up on 3x....so I drive there to see why and they told me they was done for the night, even thou they still opened. My issue was if they was done for the night then who ever hunged up on me should have said something when I called Bad customer service...SMH

We are from out of town. Looked on the web for pizza near us, this place just looked delicious....it WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. the gentleman who took our order was nice. Driver was nice. Food hot, on time and had all of our items! Great job guys!

My opinion this used to be one of the best pizza shops in town. Pizza quality very inconsistent anymore. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible. Delivery times are absurd. Understanding that the app can only estimate times, it's not realistic that it takes more than an hour for delivery. This is strike 3. Won't be back.
*Update, the store did reach out and apologized for the bad experience. It's great that they do care. I hope they get back to where they were in the past.
