We were asked to pull up and wait over 15 minutes for a very small order of two McDoubles, two fries, and a 4-piece nugget. When the food was given to us we were missing one burger and one fry. I went inside to get the rest of the order, and the burger I was given was covered in a brown, wet liquid. I returned it immediately to be remade. The store was filled with employees and was not busy at the time. I don’t understand how such a simple order took over 30 minutes and was still wrong and poorly handled. Very frustrating experience.

Service was incredibly slow, especially considering the place was nearly empty—they even forgot my order, and I had to come back for it. When I finally got my food, the burger was really sloppy and overly greasy, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing.

Slow as fast food goes. Took 10 minutes for our food eating in. They forgot the drink cup. We only order 3 cheeseburgers, the buns were stale and over toasted, so hard. The burgers were very thin for McDonald's burgers and tough. They have a play place which looked clean.

Ordered a 4D spicy deluxe. Only gave me bread a tiny bit of sauce and a piece of chicken. No vegetables not a deluxe. Some lazy people working in there. 7 dollars for a dry sandwich

I'm hoping that a member of management or the corporate office sees this and gives me a call.. We were at the Sandusky McDonald's out in front of the mall and we're told wait a minute which is fine totally get it but when three cars go ahead of you in the opposite lane that is ridiculous and what's even more ridiculous is the cocky attitude that the person at the window gave us and then tried to make us way even longer.. You need a change in management or you need to sit down with your employees and have a talk with them as to their attitude problem.. If you're in Sandusky don't ever go to the one in front of the mall there's one down around the corner that's perfectly fine.

I left the line of the drive through because I waited 10 minutes and the line still didn't move! Left very frustrated!
Workers very disrespectful so manager came to the window and she was just as disrespectful! Ordered food through the app and got the notification it was ready we sat there every bit of 20 minutes waiting! Will never go back here
