Vegetarian options: Don't go to the Perkins Ave... the one the 250 is not much better but at least you can eat it. i had to throw out more then half the food I got...
Just an all around horrible place to order food from. I canât remember a time in history theyâve ever gotten my order correct and heaven forbid trying to get it corrected. Staff wonât speak to customers all around just donât recommend

I will give them 5 stars this time usually when we go there, there's always something missing or cold. The workers usually seem to be bothered more times than not if/when you ask for help.The last 2 times ive been there im proud to say my orders were correct and fresh. Both times the young lady(probably mid/late 20s, around 5'2 slender built w/brown hair i spoke to i believe she was the manager. Was very pleasant, polite, didnt treat customers like they were a bother). That young lady needs a raise. McDonalds needs to keep her idk her name wish i would have gotten it, i for sure will possibly tomorrow because i want nuggets now lol.

Holy mother of goodness. I just stopped by McDonald's on W. Perkins Ave Sandusky Ohio. Fri-10/25/24 8:25 pm I wanted a sm caramel frappe. But the drive thru was busy. So go inside and get my frappe. And that fish sandwich was really looking scrumptious. And since it's Fri. I should stick w/the script and go no meat. I'm very pleased I decided to get it. It was the best fish sandwich I've ate, since the last bcuz it was perfect as well. 2 for 2 great record lol ? My compliments to the chef, and staff. Thank you folks for doing such a great job! You folks all have a safe, wonderful, blessed weekend.â¤ď¸?? God bless ??âď¸?????????â?

I think the pictures pretty much say it all. Unfortunately, I used to like this McDonaldâs⌠but, they had staples on the seat, ketchup on the floor, dirty refreshment stand and almost all but one table was dirty. They forget sauces, nuggets and other items. I do understand things happen and mistakes happen, but this is basically every single time. They also donât tell you when fries just came up, and they will fill a large fry only halfway up. Very disappointed! Avoid this McDonaldâs if you can, it used to be better so this is sad.

Going through the drive thru and employees are arguing and not wanting to take orders and employee stated put your headset on and take orders and another stated no. Entertaining to listen to but fire her if she donât want to work.

Worst fast food place I have been to, we were visiting all the way from Columbus, and the kids were hungry, we stopped for the food and play, I ordered from the kiosk, waited for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged, I kept seeing people who came after us getting their orders, they were obviously friends or family of the workers as they were laughing and chatting together, I finally walked to the cashier and handed them my receipt, she asked me if I paid! I obviously did, she kept bringing my order missing an item and kept asking me if I paid for the missing item, it made me really uncomfortable, I thought it's maybe because of my hijab, but after reading all of these bad reviews, I guess it's just the way they do things here, never coming back?
