Good service and good food but off season when cedar point is close the prices are still way higher than other McDonald’s. From a 9$ meal to 15$ at this location and no refills? Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here during the off season or during cedar point. High prices.

Double the price just because they are close to cedar point. Coffee should never be that price. Ridiculous. Go down the road where the amount is more normal. Even if you order on your phone for pick up, can you walk in? It takes forever to get your order. You can stand there, and nobody will even acknowledge that you're in there. Not until they are ready

Men's bathroom had feces all over stall floor in morning Oct 5th when we stopped there on way to cedar point. On way home took about 45 minutes when we had someone go in for 5 large cokes. Horrible!

Worst Mac I ever visited in my life, always closed on random time, always something not working, not clean, not friendly and actually an opposite to good old McDonald's
Very confusing parking lot, not to mention unsafe with the sharp turn you are forced to rake in order to pull into parking lot. While eating, I watched FOUR (not including myself, they forgot my mcdouble in my $5 meal deal) customers return to the counter & claim they were missing an item from their order. It seemed like they were doing it purposely however I don't have any idea why. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. The machine didn't print out a reciept after ordering from the kiosk, which is very important considering it has the order number on it. So your left with a line of customers who have no idea what number their order is.. leads to straight chaos. However.. exceptionally clean dine in area and bathroom, which is why they got two stars outta me
Parking: Parking lot is BEYOND CONFUSING. The architect who designed this, the McDonald's representative who approved it and anyone else involved should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! (This is coming from a commerical property owner)
