We were the only ones at the restaurant and since I personally don't like using the self-ordering kiosks we went to the counter. I guess you need to wait until the workers are done with personal conversations before taking your order or they make you feel like an inconvenience. The lady that did take our order needs to work on her customer service.

We literally ordered two cheeseburgers no pickles and two drinks in the drive through. They had us pull to a spot and we waited 20 minutes and then had to go in. Upon going in, they just ignored us at the counter. Finally someone asked what we needed and it was discovered they gave our order away. After about 30 minutes I got my two single burgers. What a joke.

We paid and they immediately pushed us and the next 3 cars into drive through spots. We waiting 15 minutes there. The woman who brought our food didn't know what order was ours. Once she opened the bags, in the cold, stuck her face into it, she gave me the bag and walked away. No thank you for waiting, apology for waiting or have a good day.

Literally waited half an hour for 2 mcchickens when I ordered ahead. They weren't even busy and had all 3 people in the drive thru pull into the spots only for the 2 people who ordered after me to get their food first. Highly disorganized, i recommend going to a different location.

we were picking up a mobile order and we had the right address and something and they thought we were with doordash and told us they didn’t have that order and we tried showing them that we had the right address ad everything on the phone but they wouldn’t listen and the girl said “just close it on them” and so we called them back and they miraculously had a order for us then and there and told us how we should handle that situation even though we never said doordash to begin with.
