There is no one else in line and we have been sitting at the drive through sitting area for about 10-15 minutes! And guess what we're waiting for, a coffee! By the time the coffee gets here our food will be cold!? Please do something about this.

I would of given 5 stars, BUT, they were thawing out the frozen coke machine right at 4 to 4:30, that's when dinner time is Starting. Went to Burger King. LOVE THE FROZEN COKE. WISH THEY WOULD DO FROZEN MOUNTAIN DEW 🙏👌😎👍

Everytime I come here my order is severely messed up. Mcdouble no mustard. I get any and everything but a mcdouble no mustard. I didnt think it was that hard. To them its very hard. 3 times in a row... I dont understand haha.

First of all, I haven't been to a McDonald's in years but our options were limited after the park closed so we went in. The drive thru was packed and the inside closed at 11 and we were at the door at 11. The manager reluctantly let us in and took care of us. She asked if we had a big order, which we did and told us just to order through her versus the kiosk. She took her time, listened to each of our orders, and even tried to find deals for us to save us money all while being quite jovial and very courteous! Considering the line at the drive thru, our food came out very fast and was perfect! First, she didn't even need to open the door for us and 2nd, she certainly didn't need to treat us the way she did but she did and we were all extremely grateful! Thank you, ma'am, you put a bow on a great day for us!

Ordered on the app while we were at Great Wolf Lodge, down street from them. We did our order for upside pick up. When we arrived and put our spot in, they never brought our food out to us. We waited atleast 10mins..maybe more and I finally went inside because the app said qe already received our order. When I asked about it, they said my name like they had the order, but I watched them have to make the e tire order, having to wait another 10mins! Atleat the food was fresh and warm when we got back to our room at Great Wolf Lodge, but the service was horrible.

I came thru the drive-thru to get a DoorDash order and asked for 2 waters and she said I had to pay for water. I am entitled to free water no matter what time it is. She gave me a nasty look when I said waters are free. 1 star and I hope she gets fired
