This was my first time trying door dash as an injury I have I am not able to drive let alone walk around far. Door dash did a great job I received my order before the estimated time. But Mcdonalds strikes again missing a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and no straws for my drinks. The receipt on the door dash bag does not even reflect my full order yet the online receipt from mcdonalds shows it all correctly. Almost everytime we go to this mcdonalds they forget something so now I had to call doordash to get a refund from mcdonalds when it was mcdonalds fault.

Don’t order anything that comes with lettuce other than a snack wrap. They are only putting lettuce on those not on nothing else. Then when you take the issue to them YOU are the 1 with the problem. Look I didn’t under order inventory. It’s not my fault y’all can’t do your job. Very unprofessional!

Stood in li e for five minutes then the manager comes out and says we are not taking orders at the register. Needless to say I walked out pissed and without any food. Lock the fro t door if you are under staffed.
