This gentleman in the kitchen made us the worst spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches. The chicken patties were old and hard, clearly the chef fried them ages ago and they were just sitting in the heater. Buns were burnt too, and apart from 3 tomato slices there was nothing else on that sandwich. I am so disappointed, it seemed to be understaffed because this poor lady in the front was juggling the till and the drive thru, and the cherry on top was a mcflurry flurried by hand in front of us.

Again, the fries were handed to us stale, cold, and tasted soft and soggy. We asked them to replace them only for the worker to become rude and turn her back from the drive thru window … with her back turned she told us to pull up to the spot if we want fresh fries.This is after we waited 10 minutes for a sandwich, fries, and ice cream Sunday.For the cost of food they are charging, it should at least be fresh.
