Disappointed with the Experience
Visited this sub place expecting a decent veggie sandwich, but was really let down. The sandwich was poorly made and had barely any veggies — just felt stingy overall. On top of that, the service was slow and unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the price or the visit. Hope they improve both quality and customer experience.

Got a to go order I was the only order they had. Drove away and it was the wrong sandwich. Plus, really expensive.
Sadly I was disappointed Sonia was not a very pleasant person .I just wanted a cup of Ice with a lid to go after spending 15 on my lunch and that was unacceptable she rudely stated no and oh I can pay 2.67 for a cup .WOW .Terrible service and my sandwich bread was burnt and very dry .I will never patron this establishment again.

There at least once a week The last four years the service is great. The food is always very consistent. The fries are hot. The cheese is great. You do wait from time to time but it’s because they’re busy. Great service..

Only one man works there and he hardly speaks English. He's irritated to be there by himself. Suffice it to say I ordered my first Romanburger since like 2007. Was super amped to get into it, took a champ's bite and as I chewed there was a very feint taste of a real Romanburger. However, as I kept chewing it was disgusting. I couldn't swallow one bite, spit it out, and chucked a large Romanburger in trash where it should of been. They should be ashamed to call that Mr. Hero.
