There at least once a week The last four years the service is great. The food is always very consistent. The fries are hot. The cheese is great. You do wait from time to time but it’s because they’re busy. Great service..

Only one man works there and he hardly speaks English. He's irritated to be there by himself. Suffice it to say I ordered my first Romanburger since like 2007. Was super amped to get into it, took a champ's bite and as I chewed there was a very feint taste of a real Romanburger. However, as I kept chewing it was disgusting. I couldn't swallow one bite, spit it out, and chucked a large Romanburger in trash where it should of been. They should be ashamed to call that Mr. Hero.

I go here time to time to Mr hero in Sandusky had a few bad moments but once I called to let them know it was hair in my cheese they were very rude and denied saying it impossible I didn’t want anything I was just letting them know so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else but they insisted I was lying if I wasn’t at work I would of just took it back to show them but my brake is only so long just rude didn’t ask for no refund or anything was just trying to be courteous and the lady was very rude

The Lady picking up the call was rude. I called to make a take out order and she said "No you cannot, you can either come in or doordash. We didn't answer your call for a reason." If that's who's hiring at Mr. Hero then I'm surprised they still have people's business. That was truly absurd.

Our food today was amazing today. One of the best cheesesteaks i habe had in years. We had quite a large order and everything was perfect. The staff was so nice and helpful. I only wish we were closer so we could visit more often but will absolutely be back the next time we are in town.
They carry the highest standard for a restaurant. Clean, friendly and everything is always perfect!

Best Mr. Hero location!! As soon as you walk in, you get greeted. There also nothing better than seeing the owner when you walk in, making your sandwich, to perfection I might add. You can tell he cares! Been going there for some time now, and never been disappointed. Thanks Mr. Patel.

I don't really eat fast food or fast casual, but if & when I do a couple times a year its at Mr. Hero. I've recently been plaqued as the last few visits to random locations across the cleveland market same problem multiples times, and it drives me crazy, so much so that I asked them to remake my order at an east side location a few months back and the attitude I received from behind the counter I ended up leaving my 30 dollar order behind. It's simply an attention to detail that drives me crazy. I ask politely and more than once, please minus tomato, onion, and mayo, please... why is this so hard, needless the savings potential to the restaurant if you add up all the minus products.. tomatoes aren't cheap right now, nor are onions.. why can't we get an order correct? This sadly is not the first time.. I'm sorry, I can't stand tomatoes. I truly wish i did unfortunately i can even tell if they were removed, and they just take over my tastes, so please when a customer dropping 20 dollars on a meal can't even eat it because well.. breaking my heart Mr. Hero. I can't finish this.
