Peach tea wasn't sweet and watered down. Waitress would not fix it and told me to get something else to drink, I asked for No banana peppers and they were in the salad, I ordered cheese ravioli with marinara. Instead I got cheese Tortileni with a substitute of marinara sauce. Terrible dinner!

Ella was our server our son turned 30 Aug 15.. Ella was on point very nice and knowledgeable of the meneu(my son and wife first time) we really enjoyed ourselves and the food was delicious 😋😋😋

We walked wanting a table for 2 and were told it would be a 4 minute wait. We ended up sitting there for over half an hour, without anyone acknowledging we were waiting for that long. The hostess was standing at the front the entire time clearly not caring about us wasting our time. We were visiting on our honeymoon as well and were very disappointed with how we were treated. Worst Olive Garden we have ever been to.

Had the best server I could possibly ask for. Starts with a Ste ends in a ven he made sure myself and family had our drinks refilled before we took the last sip of them. Came back at least 5-6 times to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Food was delicious as usual- Olive Garden

Worst establishment. My husband and I went to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. We were seated, waiting about 10 minutes and noticed no server had come to our table yet. No big deal we chatted figured out what we wanted to order. I pressed the server button on the little table kiosk. Another 5 minutes goes by and I attempt to nicely flag down 2 different servers both look directly at me and walk to the back to sit in a chair and gossip with other servers. We got up and walked out. Upon leaving I mentioned our issues and there was no one there who cares enough to rectify the situation.

They don’t advertise that it costs money to play on the iPad at your table, but then they add a charge to your bill after. Pretty scummy behaviour.

A 45 minute wait for soup and salad is beyond imagination. I knew moving to Sandusky Ohio was a massive mistake but damn every restaurant either has no staff or some sort of pre-fabricated excuse for their hour Wait times. For a soup and salad to go. 🤣

I’m not trying to order shrimp scampi or some three course meal. I’m just trying to order a soup and a salad. It takes less than five minutes to prepare.

Astonishing people except this in this tiny village! I’m from Detroit. It’s less than a 10 minute wait for any meal at an Olive Garden on a Saturday when it’s jammed packed 🤦🏻‍♂️
