Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We called ahead to get on the waiting list for a table of 9. They knew we were coming. We sat for 20+ minutes before a server came to us because no one wanted to take a large table. Our server Joy was very kind and took us and provided amazing service

I went to celebrate my 18th with my dad and some family.

Great waitress and good food imo. Will be going back eventually 😌

You would think in this small town of Sandusky we still have bad restaurants like this one, we ordered steak gorgonzala and did not have blue cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and no balsamic drizzle but we were hungry and just ate and left. Sorry we are locals and not tourists and you wonder why these places come and go.

Food was good. Waiter was nice, treated us well and was very attentive. The atmosphere was very nice.

Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they have particular dietary preferences however I didn't pay attention to it.

Were told 15-20 minutes wait on a Sunday when there were 10 cars in the parking lot. It was 3pm off peak hours. The hostess was rude when I said we'd go somewhere else if there's a wait she said go ahead.

I had an incredible experience at Olive Garden, thanks to both the amazing food and our outstanding server, Tana! From the moment we were seated, Tana was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal without being overbearing. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and just what we were craving. Whether it was the creamy pasta or the endless breadsticks, everything exceeded our expectations. Tana truly made the experience special. Highly recommend both the restaurant and her service!
