Came here after great wolf lodge. And my god this place was terrible.
Food was salty. Ordered a medium steak it came out raw. Kids food came out raw.
Waitress was making excuses saying they were understaffed.
Didn’t get any bread. Terrible experience

The food is always amazing, we normally have a wonderful experience mainly why we always come back and always tip well. our waiter we had must of been new, our order was incorrect multiple times. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional.I only had one refill causing my mouth to be dry and having to drink my husbands drink due to me almost choking. The waiter snatched my mom’s menu out of her hand when my mom was trying to explain our order and how it was incorrect . The waitress never came to check on our table as if she was annoyed when she did come back. At one point the hostess was helping out and was much of a help rather than our waitress was. We will not be back, we tried to see the positives of our service

Our waiter Mike was especially kind and courteous. He's a hard worker and takes care of you to the nth degree. If you're ever at this Outback in Sandusky, ask for Mike as your server. He did do a fantastic job.
As far as the food was concerned, it was better than good. My broccoli was cooked perfectly. My steak was cooked perfectly. Even my shrimp were fantastic.
It was clean and service was ok. Manager was great

Service was good, food was eh, but WOW we waited almost 60 minutes for our food. We got to the restaurant about 4pm, so not even during a lunch or dinner rush.
