Food was really good. They got that Steak out right (as they should) but many restaurants don't deliver a good product via their namesake. This one does. Good across the board. From salad, appetizer, dinner, and desert. Staff seemed to be scrambling a bit, but it happens and most importantly they got the job done. A busy restaurant is a good restaurant. Good job!

Service was impeccable from start to finish! Fallon took great care of our entire family, food was spot on and the dessert was gobbled up so fast we couldn’t even take a picture !

The service was nice. The blooming burger was pretty good. But the steak that was ordered was tough and chewy. Not very good for a steak house.

HOPE YOU READ THIS BEFORE GOING! Save your time and money. This place is a joke, we showed up around 4:30 today, had a table of 9 and the place was emptier than ever (which should’ve been a sign to turn around and head somewhere else) as we waited to be seated, our server eventually came out and took our drink order, then she came back and took our food order shortly after. After that we waited and waited and waited and long behold it was over an hour since we’ve last had any update about our food, I then said “how much longer will the food be?” As we have children who are getting antsy, we were told “oh there was another big party ahead of you guys so it’s just taking a minute” read the first sentence … THERE WAS NO ONE THERE.. a big party where ?? Anywho.. we get our food and what do you know, half of the order is cold , the kids food is all messed up and one thing I despise is a Karen well I had to pull the manager card because it’s complete BS. We are here enjoying vacation and wanted a nice sit down dinner and that’s the exact opposite of what we got, the manager comes out asking if we want our food remade.. umm? Why the heck would we want to wait another 45-60 minutes for a remake ?.. anywho this place is a nightmare you’re better off going down the road to other establishments!!

Walked in with a party of 8 . No one else in line and no one waiting to be seated upon arrival. The place wasn’t close to being half full . Was told that they don’t allow parties of more than 6 during those hours . “Okay, we have two families, can you sit us next to each other ? “ … we can’t do that - the manager.” You can’t sit half of us in one booth and the other half in the booth beside it?No - The Manager .Can we sit near each other ?” “We’re a little short staffed, we can’t really do that ?” Can we sit individually spread out through the restaurant? “ no answer - THE MANAGER. By this time a line was forming so I gave up and said “okay thank you !” And we left . We went down the street to a Packed Texas Roadhouse and got a table for EIGHT in about 15 minutes and enjoyed kind service and a nice meal. We weren’t treated like a burden …. This was on our way home from Cedar Point .

The service wasn’t great. They served appetizers with no plates, we asked for plates and we sat for a bit before they came, they forgot the bread. that took awhile to come and by then we were almost done with our meals, I asked for extra lemon and she forgot it.
Let’s start by walking into the mostly empty restaurant. Was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Turned out to be more like 20, but whatever. Then 5 minutes for the drink order. 5 minutes to get the drinks. So now I’m 30 minutes into my experience in this mostly empty restaurant. Mind you we showed up nearly 2 hours before they closed. From there it took another 10 minutes for salads. At this point still not mad. We ordered two steaks. One well done and one medium. After another 25 minutes or so the steaks show up. Initially we thought they had mixed them up, but nope. The waitress suggested we cut into them. The “well done” steak was not well done and was very pink and the “medium” steak was pinkish but complete burnt on the outside. Two of the same cuts. This was 90 minutes into my experience at Sandusky Outback. At this point I wasn’t waiting another hour for them to cook another. The manager who served our food acted like I was a hassle for not accepting her burnt “medium” steak. Very disappointing considering the price they expected me to pay. When you have so many choices in this town, it I don’t know why anyone would choose to eat here. Don’t make the mistake I did.

Myself and 7 others from the Grief Share Group I was in 3 years ago joined together for dinner and much joy and laughter catching up on each other's lives since the last time we met! The service started out slow, but, once we were settled at our table, our waitress did a fine job keeping up with us! The food was delicious, I think the only complaint was one of the ladies ordered a steak and left most of it on her plate. She said it had so much grissle in it, she really couldn't eat it and didn't feel like complaining. Other than that, everyone enjoyed their food. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken dinner and it was amazing. We really enjoyed the place... I'm sure we'll be back 😋😋

The staff here are beyond amazing! Very attentive. Our appetizer took a little too long and our waitress took it off our bill as soon as she realized it. Had filet and lobster. Best lobster I've had in a while. Everything was delicious and they weren't even busy on a Friday night!

Didn't give it 1 star because the manager was very apologetic. Salad bowls were all dirty. Not just dirty but able to scrape dry food particles off the bowl in addition to wet food particles left behind from the dish washer. The salads were replaced, and the newly, preinspected bowls also had dried on food. That tells me it's been that way for a time and normal. Those were dinner salads. My mother got a large salad for her meal, and that bowl had food particles on it. I made sure the Mgr understood I did not want a discount or any other compensation. It wasn't about the money but rather the cleanliness of the restaurant. She made sure to give us vouchers for future visits. Seriously, I'm pretty sure those hit the trash. I can't give a biased opinion of the main course at this point. Will never go back.
When we pulled in the parking lot around 6:30pm, I commented to my wife about the lack of vehicles at peak dinner time. Wondered if that was a sign. Apparently, it was.
