I’d give service and atmosphere a negative 10 if I could. Went yesterday at around 9pm and it was TERRIBLE. They had BURNT chow mein and the counter was disgusting it had food all over, there were no drinks no cutlery the floors and tables were DISGUSTING employees had the worst attitude ever and along with that my husband and I both got food poisoning. So so so gross and terrible please go anywhere else but here

You literally cannot order anything after 6PM without not being able to get certain things, running out of rice, refusing to serve food after 8, even though the restaurant closes at 10, and there bugs everywhere. Staff is untrained and extremely rude when speaking to customers. The man in front of me was told to get out of line since they didn't have rice, dude looked sad and it made me sad. He just wanted rice. Plus, these people don't even do their jobs, they don't make food and get all pissy when you want food. Like do your job you got hired for a reason. Cedar point doesn't even do anything about this, like you can't even eat here anymore.

this is SO disappointing, i came in here expecting good food and came out with BUGS!? i got my food, and all was well. it smelled good, it looked good and all. but my family and i sat down and began to eat…but there was something moving on my plate.:.it was more than 1000 ants just inside me and all of my other family members food.. i was so upset i didn’t get a refund because we already left the part before we noticed but i DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! just go to the regular restaurant if you want good panda express.!!!!

I recently visited Panda Express and was thoroughly disappointed. The noodles tasted like plastic, completely devoid of any flavor. The rest of the food was equally terrible. It was so bad that I wouldn't even feed it to a dog. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I won't be coming back. Most of the employees were on drugs

This was the only disappointing meal experience during our stay at Cedar Point. We came here in the evening, I’m not sure if they ran out of food but they only had the 2 chicken options available with rice and that’s it. The portions were really small and the food was just okay with very limited options.
I would avoid this especially since there are many options in the park that are significantly better, especially if you have the food pass don’t waste a meal here.

They won’t make additional food an hour before park close. The line was out the door and they were out of almost everything with a full kitchen staff refusing to make any more. Food that they did, specifically ONLY orange chicken and white rice, was slimy and chewy. Staff couldn’t care less, just wanted to clean and leave early.

When I went inside my mother took her order first, my mother is hard of hearing and when my dad told her that taking over her order for her, he put his head back and rolled his eyes. My dad started ordering, and the women did not ask him what he wanted, just started putting stuff on his plate. Then, it was my turn. I asked for rice and she put it on the plate and then put chow mein on my plate, I hadn’t asked for it and I told her I didn’t ask for it. She looked at me and then passed it to the other guy. Since I already had my hands on the plate I couldn’t get my food changed, I tried changing it and the guy was very snotty and putting up an attitude over a meal they could’ve simply fixed without an issue. They started another plate and then said we’d have to pay for that one too after we already paid for everything else. We ended up walking out and leaving the trays there on the table. On the other hand view from outside was amazing, the inside was messy and had bits of trash everywhere with peoples food sitting at seats, I don’t blame them. Customer service, terrible. Food was alright, not terrible.
