I order at 1:03 said it would be done by 1:15. Arrived at 1:20 and still wasn’t done until 1:32… also got one of my entrees wrong. They didn’t discuss the long wait just gave me a large drink and said have a good day.

I ordered a plate with orange chicken and sesame chicken. When I opened the container, one side was nearly empty, there were only two pieces of sesame chicken. If there were only two pieces left, the staff should have said they were out and asked what I wanted instead. Paying full price for two pieces of an entrée is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

I went the last few years of my life thinking I didn't like panda express because I tried it for the first time here and it was gross. I finally tried a new location and its so good? Idk what they're doing wrong in Sandusky but the food was terrible

I stopped at Panda Express in Sandusky for dinner. This is the first and last time I will be going there. It was absolutely nasty. Ordered a Beef with Broccoli. The broccoli was so old tasting and was practically raw. Almost like old broccoli. I was very disgusted. It all went in the trash.

Food was cold, no flavor. Asked for salt and pepper. There was none. Had a solicitors inside bugging me. Took 15 mins before anyone would take our order.

I understand saving on costs but when I note in the order, and add sauces to my order please stop forgetting. I ask specifically every time and still not all sauces there. The foods good when it's fresh, but it's often not. I shouldn't have to double check y'all every time.

Also don't get their new shrimp, and beef dish. It's all veggies I got one shrimp.

Upon finishing the drink we found what appears to be chunks/specks of mold all over the bottom of the cup after already consuming. No telling how much was in the cup originally, looks like they have trouble cleaning the soda fountain properly. Hopefully nobody gets sick now 🤢

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Alot of food was low or out. Waited for a bit to get an entree, rice and noodles were very dry.

Says they open at 1030 went through drive thru no one responded after 5 minutes so I just went in and they was just making the food so I left

Rude manager/owner. I needed to use the restroom and it was fifteen minutes before they closed and my daughter was going through the drive thru to get food and he refused to let me use the restroom.

Food was great, customer service was amazing BUT they need to top up on cleanliness.... the ice machine was filled with mold. A piece of mold fell in my drinks when I was trying to get ice. GROSS!!

I wish I could give no stars. Called at 12:47 to speak to a manager, all he gave was excuses and no apology or solution, he hung up in my face. This is NOT TERIYAKI CHICKEN.
