Great Food and Friendly Service at Panera Bread
I had a great experience at Panera Bread. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well organized. The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly as ordered. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially in the soups, sandwiches, and baked goods.
The staff were friendly, patient, and professional, making the visit even better. Service was quick, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable—perfect for dining in or grabbing a quick meal.
Overall, Panera Bread consistently delivers great food and excellent service. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I recently got a bowl of soup and it was supposed to be 16 ounces. It was only over maybe 8 ounces. For $8.29. What a freaking rip off.!

Very friendly, clean, and timely with the service. Polite and knowledgeable of products. Very affordable for a reasonable budget date night. They even have a fireplace for atmosphere. The entire time we were there the stff never stopped cleaning, even whipping down the seats. I was especially pleased to find that the cheddar cheese and broccoli soup, genuinely had veggies.

It was great I love the soup and I loved the help you have. Very polite register grill was so helpful and so sweet her smile just lit up the room
no matter how you order their food, through the drive thru, through the desk or even online they mess it up. i ordered extra bread today, didnt get it, the girls at the drive through window seem like they are not equipped to do the job and so much more. they always have a manager there but it seems as if the manager doesnt do their job to ensure food is coming out correctly

It was dinner time. You would expect a full staff ready to rock. There were three people in the entire place working. They were out of multiple ingredients including bread. Pretty sure their name is Panera bread. It's kind of in the name. I ordered Soup. What I got was basically broth. No rice, no chicken Just a couple carrots. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had taken it home and tried to eat it. So I sipped on some broth for the evening. The interior of the place was terrible. I sat with a couple other people that ate in the restaurant while I took mine home. They didn't have anything good to say about the place either. Nor the food. We are all long time Panera customers, and I can say I'm pretty shocked that this place is still in business here in Sandusky. One item of note , the young people working there were pleasant. Not very inventive or capable.

We went to eat at 3:30, and they were out of bread. Ya, Panera Bread was out of bread. We left.
Ordered online so that it would be ready when I got there. Still awaited in line in the drive through for over twenty minutes. Ordered one of their new steak sandwiches.
And the bread to meat ratio was about 90% bread to 10% filling. And it was like $13. Can't see me going back again. If I want nothing but bread, I can go to the grocery store.
