Got a cobb salad… A literal long black HAIR in my salad. Completely lost my appetite. This is disgusting and will be contacting HR.

Service was bad, waited almost 20 minutes for our food and it was not busy. The staff were very disorganized. Multiple wrong orders while we were here. The coffee tasted burnt, and the lemonade was just bad. Restaurant itself is dated - dim lighting and dingy; booths are broken in and not pleasant to sit on, covered in filth. The whole place needs a facelift.

The employees are friendly for the most part whenever I go there. The last 3-4 times I've gone for dinner they have been out of baguettes without a decent substitute so I just go elsewhere. Also every time I order the Bacon Mac and Cheese, they don't add the bacon (but they charge me for it), just say it's not available like the baguettes

I ordered Doordash and got soup the soup was good I also ordered a baccon lettuce and basil the small amount of crumbled baccon was a rip off I really only got lettuce and tomatoes on a 8 dollar sandwich never ordering from here again
Our family stopped in on our way out of Cleveland. Soup, chili, mac and cheese, and sandwich was great!

Paid $12 for a sandwich that didn’t have half the ingredients it was supposed to. Waited 20+ minutes at the speaker just to ORDER in the drive thru. Poor service and even worse quality food, not worth the price.

When I arrived at 630 at night parking lot and everything very dim lit. When walking in floors freshly mopped with no wet floor signs out. Defiantly a trip hazard. The fireplace is very dirty the glass needs cleaned and serviced so you can even see the fire. I recommend Gilbert heating out of Sandusky for fireplaces. The food I ordered was alright the the hot sandwich I ordered was the bbq chicken. Chicken was barely luke warm.
