When I picked up my order today, there was only one guy working by himself, and he was absolutely rocking it. He was juggling making everything by himself as well as handing out the orders. That must have felt overwhelming, but he was so kind and had a surprisingly great attitude. My food was made so well, too. That guy deserves a raise!

I go an order pizza from there and there are there 2 works a guy and a girl maybe young girl but clearly they want to be disrespectful and refuse to give me my food because there wasn't a tip involved, and then on top of that they tried double charging my card. And onto of that there was metal in my pizza metal get it together

First time trying since they moved from location next to kroger. Not the same papa John. Somehow I received a hot n ready Lil Caesars because that's what their pizza dough look and taste like. What happened to your dough bro

I will never become a customer of this place after my experience last night just door dashing One simple pizza from here! I get there right when it says pick up time was, they tell me it's gonna be a few more mins. Cool, no big deal. 10 mins go by and then I'm told someone messed up the pizza and it has to be re-done. While this is going on im listening to another customer complain, make rasist remarks and even threatened to call ICE on the employees that are of mexican decent, and blamed those specific Employees for the problems, smh!!! After about another 10 mins an employee told me I could have a pop for my wait and I explained to him that wasn't the problem! I was on a time limit and the customer was at a factory waiting on this pizza! Then some employee idk if she was a manager or what but she was EXTREMELY RUDE! telling her employees that if I had an attitude they could refuse service to me (I've been waiting over a half hour at this point) and just continued to yell and go off on everyone in the back. FINALLY after telling someone 4 different times what order i was waiting on they had relized the pizza was never actually put into the oven!!! I finaly was able to deliver this pizza an hour late. All around toxic environment that I would avoid if and when possible.

Wors experience ever . I wait more than 30 minutes and them a lady just say me you have to wait 15 more minutes. If you want a fast or even normal service don't go to this ugly place.

I love Papa Johns. Service has always been outstanding. Drivers are very polite. They are a little pricey, but the prices are definitely worth it. I have no complaints about it.

Papa johns pizza used to be my favorite. Hadn't had it in sometime so ordered today. It was not good. The dough was so tough I could barely cut it with a knife. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Tried to order a pizza. Firstly, you can't even call the actual store they have a call-in center.....for pizza. I know where the store is, it's not that busy! Secondly, a small pizza with 2 toppings costs 13 dollars. A med with one topping is 7 bucks. I am already fat, why make me get more??? No lunch specials.

I ordered a large pizza with three toppings from Papa John’s, but I couldn’t even eat two slices. That’s how bad it was! The taste was disappointing, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected. I won’t be ordering from here again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
