Was trying to use my gift card online; didn’t work. So I called and instead of someone IN the store answering, I got sent to some type of call center where she was very slowly taking my order & was adding random things onto my order that I did not even say. Sent me to pay support and it was automated; no real person. It still would not take my gift card. Very weird and super annoying.

Asked for it to well done and the cheese wasn't even melt on the top and me and my wife agreed that it wasn't very good and it wasn't well done like I ask online and it wasn't what we thought it would be.

Came in 10/10 for a carry out. Not one employee, and I mean not one had on gloves while preparing anything. The guy tossing dough with the big headphones, no gloves. The girl with the curly reddish fro, no gloves. The heavier set gentleman, no gloves. The girl with the long braids, no gloves. I mean the whole line. Not one member had a pair on. Not the mention they didn’t acknowledge any customer that came in; not a hello, we’ll be right with you, nothing. The whole time I was waiting, the phone was ringing, and not one member of staff could be bothered to pick it up. Yes they had business but not enough to not ignore the phone or people in the lobby the way they were.

There is definitely an A crew and a B crew, but I order frequently and don't recall ever having major issues with the food. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than expected when the B crew is on, but since the food is always right, who's to complain?

Was there this morning as a door dasher. Was wonderful experience and feel that the shift lead Nollie B and coworker MyKell O should be recognized for how they did today. Even tho extremely busy and only them 2 there both acted extremely professional and kept a smile on there faces though worried customers would get upset for length of time for orders. Both did great working together.

I recently enjoyed a truly delicious pizza 🍕 that was baked to perfection. The crust was golden and crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful! I was amazed at the excellent price of only $12 for a large pizza with all my favorite toppings. Plus, it came with a tasty dipping sauce 😋, making it the perfect meal.
Room for improvement is to have digital board to pick items easily rather than flipping pages in the catalog.

Ordered food to my hotel. I’m not from the area and the account had an old phone number. Dude couldn’t reach me and proceeded to sit in his vehicle for 25 minutes rather then walk into the hotel and have them ring me or literally anything. (Yes my name and room number were correct. Nothing like $10 In fees and tip for two miles just to still eat cold pizza. 🍕
“Manager hung up on me the second time and obviously didn’t offer anything and didn’t even apologize. Leaving two stars because at least the driver did apologize. But then again, the money was guaranteed to him either way 🤦♀️

For the last several years the Place never has enough help to keep up, and their attitude is not friendly. surprised it has lasted this long. won’t get my business anymore! They should have negative stars! You call a foreign location to place order that has no clue. you get their to pickup your order and it’s not even started yet..I m gonna stick to locally owned!
