Cashier was a little rude and edgy didn’t seem like she wanted to work, but the guy making the food made it really good 👍

Just left there after lady taking our order about threw a fit because we had the gall to order a lemonade a little late. My family and I left without supporting the store.

Somehow got the wrong sandwich. But you know what they fixed it with no issues remade the whole order. Friendly staff sandwich was good as well.. fries on point!!

I've been here 4 times in the past month and they have gotten my order wrong every time. Hire some white guys that know how to make orders correctly or hire some cute white girls without tattoos on their faces that can take orders correctly. Either way do better. Your kinda overpriced for what it is and I'll never spend a penny there again anyway. See ya later penn station it was nice knowing you. Had some good times with you but sadly things have changed with how you do things and who you hire.

Had lunch today and it was delicious. Great service too

Place was dirty. Lady who took our order was rude and in a hurry. Sub was good. A 7 out of 10 but expensive. “Fresh cut fries” were cold and had been re-heated. Awful. I took them up and returned them. They did not give me my money back or replace them. Never coming back.

extremely disappointed with this location recently. last time i came the employee was very rude and rushing. he took my boyfriend's order than completely skipped mine and just had my boyfriend pay while he walked away to begin working on sandwiches. i understand being understaffed but still is not an excuse to be blatantly rude to customers and not take orders. i ended up waiting in line separately and ordering which caused other customers to leave due to longer wait times. this time i ordered online. once i got to the store i was informed the item i ordered was unable to be made. the options i was given was to wait until monday for the gm to refund it or pick something different on the menu. after i didn’t seem keen on either i was only THEN offered to wait ten minutes so the meat could defrost. why couldn’t the meat be pulled 20 minutes before i arrived when i ordered the sandwich online? why only after i expressed distain for the situation was an accommodation made? got home and my boyfriends sandwich was not on the correct bread. people have allergies, I understand wanting to close and go home but this is absolutely ridiculous and i will be calling monday to speak to the gm.

So me and my man went up in there and, n the fact that we wasn’t even in there a whole 5 min and had to walk out in the middle of the order because the young gentleman who is working cashier at this very moment was just absurdly rude to me n my man , we do not understand why he was even talking to us that way so we hope nothin is wrong wit you but at the end of the day , that’s your job , no need to be rude my guy . Will not coming back !!!! Thank you !!

So the food was Awesome, the two guys building & packing stuff up were Awesome & I'll leave it at that. They were busy.

I love love love love Penn Station. Every time I'm in town, I must get the artichoke sandwich. It might actually be my favorite Cleveland food. So good. I wish they would open a store in Arizona. I'd keep them in business.

Terrible service, order was wrong, horrible attitudes. Sitting on phones the whole
Time. And burnt fries.

Another disappointment in food. Service was slow, and the store wasn't clean. They were out of multiple items. Fries were soggy and not fresh. They were pretty cooked and redropped in the fryer. Order was wrong. Won't be back anytime soon.

We come down annually for our family trip to Cedar Point and always try to try something new. So, we recently visited Pen Station Subs, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! We believe the manager took our order, and his customer service was phenomenal. He was friendly and attentive and made sure our order was perfect.

The food was excellent—everything was hot and delicious, exactly what we were hoping for. One of our items was initially messed up, but the manager took care of it in minutes, quickly correcting the mistake. His professionalism and dedication to great service really stood out to us.

We'll definitely be coming back every year for more delicious subs and outstanding service. I highly recommend trying it!
