Another disappointment in food. Service was slow, and the store wasn't clean. They were out of multiple items. Fries were soggy and not fresh. They were pretty cooked and redropped in the fryer. Order was wrong. Won't be back anytime soon.

We come down annually for our family trip to Cedar Point and always try to try something new. So, we recently visited Pen Station Subs, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! We believe the manager took our order, and his customer service was phenomenal. He was friendly and attentive and made sure our order was perfect.

The food was excellent—everything was hot and delicious, exactly what we were hoping for. One of our items was initially messed up, but the manager took care of it in minutes, quickly correcting the mistake. His professionalism and dedication to great service really stood out to us.

We'll definitely be coming back every year for more delicious subs and outstanding service. I highly recommend trying it!

The service was Horrible, the guy preparing my food was picking off the chicken and eating, I told the waitress don’t make my food. He continued to eat everything that was sitting by him, and the restaurant is filthy!

Walked in and got an attitude from the guy taking our order because he had to take our order. While the other girl sat on her phone the whole time. Walked outside went to go back in and the door was locked. Went to get our food and asked for fresh fries but they wouldn’t make fresh fries and just got more attitude.so we get to eat hard fries. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to do it then why even work.also wore no hairnet or gloves while making our food.

Menu looks great, unfortunately was unable to eat here due to the store be closed. It was 8:55pm on July 25th and the store sign said close at 10pm. Please look into this

was in town for a tournament drove across town just because the kids wanted to go here. We arrive lo and behold. Their hours are wrong. Lazy management has not changed it and they close at eight not 10 o’clock like what it says online here on Google.

Better it’s summertime and a very family, friendly travel, destination, town. There were several other cars in the parking lot, disappointed that they were closed as well.

Steve and his partners own 9 locations and this is one of them and this location in Sandusky is by far one of the cleanest and most pleasant atmosphere to dine in at. Just a quick thank you to all of his staff that shows up and make ever customer experience unique and fast served it wasn't even 5 minutes and I had my food. And the taste was superb ? definitely satisfied with the whole meal fries wernt to salty and the cheese steak was delicious and tender ? brook also has been great at greeting everyone with a smile and making sure every order is correctly placed before they make it happen

Vegetarian options: There vegetables are fresh and can make it with any options you would like mushrooms greenpeppers artichoke and onions drizzling in a teriyaki sauce Ann weather it is a wrap or multi grain I'm sure you would enjoy your sandwich

Dietary restrictions: Good if your counting calories and watching cards also have whole wheat options

Parking: Open shared parking with neighboring restaurant

Kid-friendliness: They have great small sub sizes and the kiddos will love the fries and what dosnt go great with a tiny cookie
