I've been getting pizza from here for many, many years and am so very sad to say last night was my last time. It's been slowly declining since the new owners took over, with beloved favorites like the Greek pizza leaving the menu and others like the pickle pizza brought back very poorly. Have you ever had one? That one is awful and nothing like what the East had prior. I used to love the potato skins, not sure if you changed your fry oil or what but cannot stomach them anymore. Last night, the pizza was undercooked with a hair baked into the crust. My family even commented how poor of a showing it was and why we didn't order *insert local well known chain here * I am so sad to say, I think this is my last East order. I will forever miss what you were 😪 I'll order pizza hut next time for undercooked w/hair in it, at least there I know what I'm getting.

Everything is always awesome when I come in to grab my samples and pick up lunch!! The pizza is great, just the right amount of crust and staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend trying if you haven’t already.

The guy that answered the phone was clearly out of it. He was not paying attention to what I was ordering. On the phone he claims it’ll be ready whenever I am. Already unprofessional enough he put in the order wrong making me wait an extra 30 minutes out of the 15 I’ve already waited. And proceeded to be surprised when the order was wrong. When arrived he said they should’ve told us a time and no time was given over the phone.

We placed a pickup order that consisted of a large taco pizza, a medium philly foldover, a small garlic bread and a small strawberry cheesecake dessert pizza. The food was delicious, the order was ready in said time and the staff was very friendly. I felt the prices were more reasonable than some of the other pizza joints in town. I highly recommend and can't wait to try something else on my next order!
Best pizza we have had in a long time. Great flavor and toppings weee on point. Wings are great as well. Ordered delivery to our hotel and they were considerate to send out plates and napkins. Definitely will order from here whenever we are in Sandusky
