Didn't make all of the pizzas I ordered and had to wait for the rest of my order 20 min while the rest of my order just sat and got cold. Small order of 4 basic pizzas and they couldn't even get that right. After all that one of the pizzas had a hair in it, under the toppings so there wasn't a chance it came from my guests.

Normally we got hot fresh food. I am assuming because we ordered at the last minute they just threw our pizza together. It was overcooked not made right lukewarm. We tried a couple of slices and just put it outside for the stray animals. We were not happy considering we get great food all the time. The prices are to high to get low quality gas station pizza.
Vegetarian options: They have plenty choices for vegetarian as for vegan your only option is salade or bread sticks with no cheese.

I don’t really get Pizza Hut much but decided to try it. But I’m so happy I did the staff we’re probably the best service I’ve ever gotten and could tell they were passionate with their work and the food was beyond amazing

The dough seemed kind of old and the color was beige not golden brown. It had a funny taste to it

This is a carry out and delivery only location like most pizzahuts are now a days...but our location specializes in making every customer feel welcome when they walk through our doors!!!The people that work here are very friendly and hardworking and dedicated to giving whole hearted hospitality and caring about the quality of the food and making the customers happy give us a chance Sandusky to show you why "No one out pizzas the hut"!!!
Omg! Do Not order tavern pizza !! Nasty, no sauce tastes, peperoni was good. TASTE IS TERRIBLE..AHH like cardboard box.. NASTY!

I just placed an order for delivery. The girl on the phone said my card declined but I have text alerts set up on my account for any transaction over $1.00. I received an alert from my bank starting $19.69 was taken out of my account at that very same moment. It's funny because that's exactly the amount my order was. The Pizza Hut employee told me I need to call my bank because it's not Pizza Huts fault. Seems suspicious to me. This is the 2nd time I have had a problem with this location (The first was completely unrelated to billing) When you ask someone to please give you another opportunity to serve you better...By all means, please do better.

First the salad was HUGE!!!! And fresh. (5 *) Second the Cajun Dry Rub wings were cooked perfectly. (5 *) Third the staff moved like they had a purpose quick efficient and friendly. (5 *)
