It appears a lot of the negative reviews were from when a previous owner had this establishment. We went this past weekend and had two great meals with great service! Place was clean, food was prepared in time and very tasty!! We thought it was a good value compared to another major smoothie establishment.

Nothing was wrong with my drink. It taste yummy. However, customer service was very unpleasant. A young woman, long brunette hair, college or high school age must’ve been having a horrible day because it was constant rolling of the eyes, slamming doors and slamming fruit on the counters. It also seemed like every mistake she did caused her to be upset. She is not a reflection of the store because I have had countless positive experiences with other employees.

This store might want to have emotional training a couple times throughout the year to help their employees navigate their temper and situations. I am a repeat customer. Very unhappy with the experience today.

The people who run this franchise are so kind every. single. time I go in. I recommend them highly. Enjoy! By the way, I was reading earlier reviews, please disregard them, as Pulp here in Sandusky is under new ownership and management. I promise you'll want to leave a positive review if you give them a try!

Love this place, have always had good wraps and good smoothies. These smoothies are not iced down like Tropical smoothies are.

I Stop a couple times a month and typically order the Caesar wrap and the ginger elixir. The staff is always friendly And helpful. And everything looks clean.

I love this place most of the workers are nice but there are definitely a few that make it very uncomfortable while waiting for your drink, for example ; not friendly, no personality, and semi-rude.

Huge difference since the last time I was there 3 months ago!

Stopped in on our way to Cedar Point. The manager was being so rude to the kids working there!

Service, they got it. Speed, they got that too. Smoothies, well that's another story. It was like the heavens actually opened up and filled my cup. If loving Pulp is wrong, I never want to be right ever again in my life. Take all of my money right now. I'm leaving here and calling my boss to see if I can pick up an extra shift a week so I can come back every day for the rest of my life. I just experienced bliss in smoothie form. Stopped here on my way home from Cedar Point to see what the hype was all about. It definitely did not disappoint. Smoothies were absolute perfection and the staff was super nice and answered all my questions. Do yourself a favor and give Pulp a try. It was definitely worth the stop.
