Not sure how they got so popular for chicken and fries I mean all it is is chicken fingers done a dozen different ways not even a full dozen ways and the only side they have is coleslaw and you can't substitute the french fries for coleslaw there are no substitutions folks for $6 and some change all you get is two chicken tenders and a handful of fries with a cheap cheesy toy and a drink you can't alter the fries for coleslaw if you don't want to suck down the greasy fries

Also, their chicken isn't even good! It's dry and flavorless. Try to take a bite without Canes sauce. It's so disappointing.

When I finally got to the window of the drive thru after 40 minutes, I paid for my order. I received the receipt and had to ask where my change was. I got my change and my order. I noticed there weren’t straws in the bag and had to ask for those, too. As I was pulling out of the drive through I decided to pull to the side and check my order. Sure enough, my 2 extra sauces weren’t in there. Went and asked for them and there was an attempt to charge me again for them. Very forgetful and manager (or whoever was wearing the bright teal shirt) was rude when it really should have been me with the problem since she can’t properly do her job.

This Canes was ridiculously busy the night we went, but the food was fresh and they worked fast to get it to us. We don't have a canes real close to us so we are always happy to get some when we are out.

Just had to pull away from the drive thru after waiting 25 minutes. We arrived at 2:45 and by the time we got to speaker it was 3pm. We kept waiting and asked “Hello?” a couple times on the drive thru speaker and heard silence. Ten minutes later I called the store and they said they stopped taking orders at 3pm and were closed. Didn’t bother to let anyone at the drive thru know. There were 10+ cars just sitting there. My kids were starving. Whoever answered the phone was rude.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders meal and got ZERO PIECES OF CHICKEN , instead got 2 pieces of bread. Ordered and PAID EXTRA FOR dipping sauce and got NONE. Called for 30 minutes after realizing the order was wrong and NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. Needless to say I’m NEVER going back and recommending no one else bother to go. Also, no one contacted me about this horrible experience. I’ve called the customer service number that they recommended but no one answers there EITHER. I am beyond frustrated that I can get through to absolutely no one.

Stopped in for lunch chicken was nice and fries were cooked good. I just wish canes had more than two sauces. So much potential for cool sauce but they only offer honey mustard and canes sauce, nothing spicy or fun! Other than that it's good.

Food is always great but the dining room at this location was gross, tables never wiped, beverage station covered in spilled soda and sweet tea. One worker refilled the tea machine but didn't bother to clean the area or restock napkins, straws, of forks which were all out.
