Our server Jaleel was very good ,friendly, personable ,prompt on greeting us and getting our food out quickly. He checked on us a couple times to make sure we were good and didnt need anything.

Server was very sweet but disappeared for long stretches. Cleaner and a bucket of water sitting at the hostess area. Sald was pretty good, biscuits amazing, soup was so bad I didn't finish it. My friend tried a second soup and stopped after one spoonful.

Cheyanne was our server tonight at the Sandusky location, and oh my goodness she went above and beyond for my young family. My 19 month old son wasn’t feeling the best and letting the whole restaurant know. My 3 year old daughter decided to make a very loud emotional scene at the same time. She rushed to our side and brought fresh fruit to help pacify my son until our food got there and was so attentive. From a very tired mom and dad, THANK YOU! We also got to touch the lobsters when we arrived!! So happy with our experience tonight.
