Great Food, Great Service Great Time

We found this place to be very good. Got some sushi - California and Godzilla rolls and Tabago - along with hibachi. I went with salmon and it was first place I’ve been to that asked if I wanted it “juicy” or “dry”. Which was great. Nothing worse than overcooked salmon.

Miso soup was tastier than others. The sushi variety is good with plenty of more traditional ingredients. I noticed that even the sushi rice was well done and flavorful. Staff was nice and friendly too. The rolls were well put together.. not falling apart nor cut too big. I appreciate that everything was not covered in sauces and allowed us to taste what's inside!
Overall great first visit. The only things I think could be improved is the sushi piece sizes are a bit small.

I really liked this place, staff friendly and food was delicious. My husband ordered steak and it was really tender. Warning the sushi we had, California roll was a little dry, but I still gave them 5 stars since everything else was extremely good.

Literally best restaurant I’ve been to in a while I barely write reviews but they deserve it. Their service is amazing and the food is amazing. It’s a bit pricey but the service and food justify the price tag.

worst service from staff, food apps were horrible and tasted old and overcooked. The server was nice but very slow for it to not be busy. I would not recommend this place. please beware

My steak and scallop hibachi platter was fine. I especially liked the steak bits and the veggies. The scallops were so-so. My service was ok too. I like the whole decor - very cultural, and the fishpond inside was fun.

This is a decent spot to go to if you’re in the Firelands area and want hibachi. Is it the absolute best tasting hibachi I’ve ever eaten before? No, but the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. The chef was SO friendly and made the experience fun. Our waitress was attentive and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

I have to take off one star because, even for a Japanese steakhouse, the prices were a bit higher than typical. I didn’t expect anything less than expensive, but a $4 up charge for fried rice is a bit excessive, especially when fried rice is standard for hibachi. This should come with the meal and white rice should be an alternative.
