Food WAS good until I watched the man who brought me my food sitting behind the counter digging for gold in plain view of everyone! Not just one hand, he was a 2 finger guy. He then assembled the food on a try to deliver to another customer without washing his hands. I was so disgusted I couldn't finish. I got up and told him he needed to wash his hands as I had sat there and watched him pick his nose and then touch the plates. He looked a little shocked but said yes. You're right and left to go wash his hands. But this was too late and probably not the first time! The windows in the front need a good washing also as they look foggy from the lack of cleaning.

Honestly, the value has gone down since the owner removed all of the African-American workers from the kitchen. Omg they use to have my food PERFECT? I know that sounds weird, but they just made the food so much better and I think it’s because they actually put thought and love into it. They cared about the quality of the food and wanted us to enjoy it. The workers in there now-a-days just throw some stuff in a bowl without a thought of the quality of it. It’s just not the same: it’s dry, unseasoned, not as much quantity as before, overcooked, and the same as any other Asian restaurant. I REALLY liked soba. Thought it was different than the rest. Disappointed that Quality had gone down in the food and staff. Probably will not come back again unless for the nibbles maybe.

We went to Little Caesars on Milan Road and noticed this restaurant next door. We placed an order and didn't wait long at all. The food was delicious. I'm from Detroit and was visiting Great Wolf with my family. Next time we're in town we'll definitely stop in.

I marked 5 stars for the atmosphere but I can’t personally attest to this, my fiancée always picks our food up. However I can vouch for their food. My fiancée and I used to get Suki in Norwalk whenever we wanted Asian food, but now we only get Soba. The chicken and steak with fried rice and Thai chili sauce is one of my all time favorite take out foods. If you’re thinking about trying, I promise you it’s great.
Horrible. 30 min wait in a 100 degree restaurant watching others come in after us and leave with their food. Some chick ringing up didn't comprehend the English language. Food? Not sure. I will write another review when I get home and try it but based on the cook wiping his nose and mouth after coughing and not washing his hands? I may toss the $30 worth in the trash and call it a learning lesson.

The food has always been consistently good at Soba. I’ve been a customer since it’s first opened so I have seen price increases but that’s expected. The staff is usually pretty quick and the eating area is nice. Solid meal and plenty of food ??

Fairly simple menu. Good food at a decent price. It's pretty filling and I didn't have to wait that long. One of the tables was wobbly and it's a fairly simple look to to the place. Nothing really special, but the food and service were good. Sometimes it's nice to have less options on a menu because at some places, I have difficulty deciding what I want. I also like the sauce they give on the side of the meal.

Loved the food. It's delicious and the service was amazing. They didn't have basil rice this time so they substituted after making sure that was okay with me. Greatly appreciate their accommodation. Really clean as well. The staff is great... the food is even better!
