Very very slow service. Fries were old and crusty. The footlong tasted horrible. Ordered a pretzel bun bacon hamburger and received a double smash burger instead. My sprite tasted like cleaning products. Will not go to again.

Poor staffing. Poor customer service. Burgers were cold and hard. Slushy barely had flavor. More ice than anything. Very disappointed in this place. Not only that but their ladder wasn’t locked away. A child could climb that and get hurt.

The speaker at the drive through is so hard to understand you will constantly have to ask the staff to repeat it's self. The service is the slowest I have ever experienced and in the last 2 times I've been there they didn't have icecream or bacon! Oh and only the drive through was open the parking stalls were only for staff parking. DO NOT COME HERE!

Absolutely horrible service, waited over 10 minutes for the food order placed online only to get back to our hotel and see they didn't even give us the full order as well as put sauce on the supposed to be plain burger. Went back only to wait over 10 minutes again to get our other food. It is definitely understandable why they have such low ratings and reviews. I'm one of the most understanding customers having worked in food for so long but this was ridiculous regardless of the situation.
So i didn’t want to leave a review but in the last year i have pulled up to sonic more then 10 times expecting to get something and just be told that everything is down and the milkshake machine is down and it’s been consistent every visit. I hope the management of this branch really looks into there issues.

This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to, none of the stalls are working so you have to use the drive thru, I had to wait 30mins in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, when I got to the speaker the employee was rude and yelled about how many orders he had even though there was only 2 cars. My order was messed up, I order 3 tater tots and got 3 fries instead, my burger was supposed to have no onions but it had them, now I'm waiting another 45mins in the drive thru for them to fix it. Also the men's restroom doesn't even have a working light you have to leave the door open to see.
