Very very slow service. Fries were old and crusty. The footlong tasted horrible. Ordered a pretzel bun bacon hamburger and received a double smash burger instead. My sprite tasted like cleaning products. Will not go to again.

Food was great. Seems like they were short staffed maybe? Drive thru took forever. Drive thru window also smelt like someone just finished smoking something when they opened it. I'm judging people's personal choices but maybe handle the line of cars in the drive thru first? Food was great though. If that's what you gotta do to throw down on those burgers then all power to you. Hopefully you get some more help handling the front my guy. Lol...

I have to pull up to the window every time to order. The last 2 times they haven't had ice cream or the guy didn't want to do it. He's playing very loud inappropriate music and rapping while he takes my order. I watched the girl fill the ice for drinks out of a bucket and smooth it out with her bare hands. It needs an inspection from the health department. I got sick last time I ate here. Shame on sonics owners for letting a business continue to run like this. I won't return here

I have given this location 3 trys and im finally calling it on this location. The first time i ordered doordash and the whole order was wrong, ok a one off try again. second time i tried the order system kept crashing and being super difficult ok technical difficulty. this last time they had only two workers one of which was brand new and the manager just seemed defeated. The food was subpar for the price and they were again out of coffee and my burrito had like no egg in it. The only thing is the manager seemed decent just exhausted. I hope for other people this location picks up its slack and starts treating its employees better but I wont be returning anytime soon.

Worst fast food I've ever attempted to get. Couldn't order at drive thru because a truck was delivering food. Couldn't order at walk up kiosk for who knows what reason. Different times, multiple attempts, never got food once. Morning, lunch, dinner, doesn't matter.
Got there an hour and a half before they closed went to the drive through and was told we cant wait on you we have to close for 15 minutes ro do doir dash orders. Totaly unacceptable and unprofessional i will never go back

This place needs to be shut down. They don't have any tea ever and you can't get your order on time or correct most times. Only 1 or 2 people work here. Time to close the doors. Worst Sonic ever. Make Sonic look worse than McDonald's.
