I've seriously been sitting on the drive thru for 45 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me. This is the second time I came here and it's been this way both times. I won't be back

The speaker at the drive through is so hard to understand you will constantly have to ask the staff to repeat it's self. The service is the slowest I have ever experienced and in the last 2 times I've been there they didn't have icecream or bacon! Oh and only the drive through was open the parking stalls were only for staff parking. DO NOT COME HERE!

Absolutely horrible service, waited over 10 minutes for the food order placed online only to get back to our hotel and see they didn't even give us the full order as well as put sauce on the supposed to be plain burger. Went back only to wait over 10 minutes again to get our other food. It is definitely understandable why they have such low ratings and reviews. I'm one of the most understanding customers having worked in food for so long but this was ridiculous regardless of the situation.

So i didn’t want to leave a review but in the last year i have pulled up to sonic more then 10 times expecting to get something and just be told that everything is down and the milkshake machine is down and it’s been consistent every visit. I hope the management of this branch really looks into there issues.

Lazy staff who take 30 years to just make a cherry limeade slushie, nobody else was there either took 40 years. Slow, lazy and terrible not worth it at all, slushie was watery

This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to, none of the stalls are working so you have to use the drive thru, I had to wait 30mins in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, when I got to the speaker the employee was rude and yelled about how many orders he had even though there was only 2 cars. My order was messed up, I order 3 tater tots and got 3 fries instead, my burger was supposed to have no onions but it had them, now I'm waiting another 45mins in the drive thru for them to fix it. Also the men's restroom doesn't even have a working light you have to leave the door open to see.

I ordered corn dogs, tots, and a cherry limeade. A pretty basic order. It took about 5 minutes which is understandable. The corn dogs were hot and tasted good but the tots were awful, only ate 1 luckily only got a small. The cherry limeade was about 2 sips shy of being full which was weird. 1 older guy working and that’s it. Go to Culver’s, you will pay a little more but your food would taste way better. Do better Sonic!!!
myself and about 4 other cars waited for about 15 to 20 minutes just for our orders to be taken in the drive threw with no response besides being told there was a 3 minute wait and that the stalls were closed, so we waited with nothing while 2 workers were just sitting and talking to each other, and this was on December 29th, 2024 around 8pm

Didn't receive all of my food, got the wrong food, and the worker was out smoking, went right in to continue making food without washing his hands and looked higher than a kite. Well never come back to this place.

By far the worst sonic I have ever been to. Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers a grilled cheese and chicken strips. One was suppose to be a double. It was not. All the food was cold my sons grilled cheese was not grilled it was a piece of cheese on bread. I took one bit out of the burger and did not eat the rest. Very disappointed.

How is this place still open. It looks like a rundown truck stop. 80% of the time you can’t even get a drink there because everything is broke. The attitudes on these employees is unreal. Like I didn’t break your machine or make you work at this trash heap.
