If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I were seated and we never had a waiter or anyone for that matter come back to our table. After 15 minutes and watching tables sat after us get service we left.

went for my daughter's birthday dinner and everything was delicious. It came out just as we ordered it and as for the noise it is inside Kalahari so it is to be expected.

We had the best time at Sortinos. Our server clay was excellent the food was amazing and such a romantic atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again!

LOVED IT!!! Focaccia Garlic herb w EVOO, two pizzas so yummy, filet mignon pasta mafia, and Mediterranean pasta with sirloin. All so satisfying and the meat melts in your mouth, great flavors, and wonderful warm service .. loved Matt he was so good and friendly.
We’ll be back when in the area.

Our waiter David was amazing. A super nice person with a great sense of humor. We appreciated him so much. He obviously works very hard and even stayed super late when we were supposed to have a really bad snow storm. I hope the restaurant treats him well because he’s definitely one of the best workers they could ask for. The world needs more people like him. Thanks for being awesome David from Colombia!

We were seated a few minutes before our reserved time and waited on immediately. Our server was friendly, prompt and took care of everything we needed without undue hovering. The restaurant was packed, so it was a little loud, but didn't affect the service and we could still visit. The food was great. I would go there again.

Always good food and good service. The love dip is something I think about when I'm not at kalahari!

Have to say I thought the 1500+ reviews were smoke coming from tons of guests just happy the kids were willing to eat. Now 1500 plus reviews is a life goal as I was wrong. A friend recommended this bread my wife ordered and we had buttered noodles for the little and it was a single serving that was more than enough for 2. I have the penne à la vodka sauce and it was tasty. U fortunately I waited too long so I did get to either it still wet but the noodles haven soaked in the sauce and were still delicious. Cream of the crop as the lasagna bolognese. My wife ordered it and it was and 8” x 8” block 2+” deep and all of it was delicious. The whole family was thrilled. We ordered take out and the bartender was friendly and very personable. It was near enough to closing and yet he had probably a 15 minute conversation with me and never even once gave any indication he didn’t want to be right there in that conversation which says a lot because I am not that interesting to talk to. We come back once a year and usually do great wolf lodge with no complaints aside from the cost for basic food and basic drink. This meal has us thinking next year we will try Kalahari as the winter water resort. Since we will eat here again.

We dine here every year on vacation and have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately this year our entire table agreed just did not work out this time. For the good, the food came out quickly after our order, approx 10-25min. However, everyone had the ehhh the flavor is ok at best vibe. the fettuccine Alfredo had a weird taste. The chicken parm pasta was good but the chicken itself was not good at all. Our service was well intentioned and tried hard but he had many tables while we saw numerous others standing around.

We had a great experience with our party of 11 last night. Sat at the Mafia table and had hands down the best service and server that we've ever had anywhere!

We ate here while staying at kalahari. We were not sure if this would be a good choice having 3 kids with us. However we all really enjoyed the food. Our server was great and very nice and attentive. The bruchetta was phenomenal, I can't stop thinking about it now. I may go back before we leave the resort today just to get some bruchetta!!

Andrea our server was fun and easy going. She had some great suggestions and kept our kids happy by honoring every silly request. A host and Jonah the manager I believe both helped deliver drinks and food visited our table to check in were very welcoming. I was worried that because it was a restaurant in a water park that it would have to lack somewhere but it did not disappoint. Food, drinks, services and ambience were all amazing. We even got a special visit from “The George”!!!
