Was there this weekend , the bar staff is horrible. They charge you to get in even if it’s dead inside . Then the bartenders don’t even know how to make simple mixed drinks, thats if you can even get a bartender to serve you . They seem to always be somewhere else except behind the bar . STAY AWAY !

The guy that runs this is rude and believes he is city's savior. Yet he can't keep people from having guns in or on the premises. Tries to charge local bands to play at this establishment. Could be an amazing venue and could be a great gathering place for locals. Until the right people are put in a position to make decisions the place will remain a disease to the community.

Came here for my bday, and wish we had stayed at Crowbar! They decided to open the upstairs to other people, after we asked for our crew and they declined to let us go up. This is my first time there, so wasn't sure what to expect, but they gave no reasoning, and it was already packed downstairs. Also no free bday shot?! Lol. They did hold onto my cake though. Also the black female bartender that stayed mostly on the right side (by front door) ignored my friend's request for drinks for like a half hour (we were there that whole time) to go to people that had JUST walked up. Kinda disappointed they didn't do lemon drop shots too. It was really fun though. Good drinks. Their "Sex On the Beach" was prolly the best I've ever had from anywhere. $5 cover. Drinks averaged $5. They have food from what I heard, and also restrooms. Parking is in the lot in front. Security got a really drunk aggressive guy out without any real issues. I heard they have shootings there, so at least we made it to another day.

Been to thousands of shows all over. I have worked and currently work in the music industry and was excited to check out this small venue in Sandusky. I have to say I will NOT be back again. Seems like a nice place but the doorman was very rude and cocky. I felt like I was in a steroid infested gym the way he was hitting on the girls that came in before me and then changed his attitude for our group completely. The place looked a little odd the way it was laid out but I actually like odd. The sound was ok but im sure it could have been better. I realized I left my phone in the car and asked if I could retrieve it. The doorman/security goon tried to charge $20 to walk out the front door and go to my car to get my phone. I walked out and took my money elsewhere for the evening. If this is how the staff is allowed to behave, I can only imagine how its run behind the scenes! Sometimes the employees really do make or break your experience. Im sure this place could be a great place to frequent as it has great potential, its jus not quite there yet.
The vibe is insane. The music and the people are super cool. Definitely a place to check out

The bar was a complete mess even tho there weren't very many people there and tons of staff. They said Sunday is the only day it's fun there and that the Crowbar was the place to be on Friday and Saturday. That would have been great to know beforehand so I hope this helps someone else since it didn't help us.

A short dingy ride with my wife from our dock at battery park marina makes this our favorite Sunday funday breakfast spot in Sandusky. Great service and Bloody Mary bar. I hope they are able to expand on the menu options that are already tasty.
