My drinks are always made perfectly and the staff is also super nice and approachable, I am someone who has social anxiety but something about those Baristas make it so easy to order. I don't know her name but the one older barista is my favorite, she is so kind to me and it warms my heart when speaking with her.

Don’t waste your time going to this one! The male barista around 12:30 pm 3/25/23 was extremely rude. Refused to make a drink in one of their cups.I’ll stick with going to the one in Krogers on Perkins, the ladies there are amazing!

I miss the apple oatmilk machiatos. Seasonal. Boo. One time they wrote a really nice inspirational message on the cup and that really was nice, so kudos to that worker! For the amound of business that is usually there, they are very quick.

The staff is terrible, the lady making the drinks literally coughed into her arm the moment before putting my lids on the drinks. Seriously trash people working there just go down the street to the real Starbucks.

Drinks are almost always diluted or made incorrectly. There is a complete lack of moral within customer interactions. When I arrived most recently to pickup a mobile order the drink was made incorrectly. I requested them to fix my order when I pulled back around the employee had her back facing the window. As I waited for her to hand me my drink that was already made and sitting on the counter I watched her finish eating and wipe her mouth with her hand and then wipe the food that had fallen out of her mouth off the counter where drinks are placed.
