i hate to leave low-star reviews, but it seems like every time my husband and i go to this starbucks (yes, we have many around town but this store seems to be the only store i have this issue at) weather it’s mobile order or ordering at the store, it takes an absurdly long time for our order to be ready. for example i ordered us coffee when we were getting ready to leave dinner - it said it would be ready 5 minutes after i placed the order, it wasn’t ready for 20 minutes and there was only two other cars in the drive-through once we got there, and still had to wait for it. i understand customers also go inside too or the employees have other things to do like inventory etc; but it’s every single time we go to this store we have the same reoccurring issue :/

Ordered , waited 15 minutes and nothing. Asked about my one drink, lady didn’t have my order and proceeds to tell me it’s another 15 minutes since they are behind. Never again will I stop here.

We didn't go in and there was a line. It didn't take as long as we thought it would. But, I got caramel burlee` it was so goood, my husband got white chocolate mocha, he liked his as much I did.

No store washrooms (need to request to use the office building washroom). No available cream, had to request to have it added - barrista added waaay too much. Lovely staff though! (Football Hall of Fame Starbucks)

Never got the 2nd & 3rd drinks in our order 40+ minutes later. But they did reimburse us when we stopped back later that day and comp'd us 3 future coffee drinks!! ☕

My husband ordered a pumpkin latte hot and it was exceptionally good. He's ordered it a few other stores. This was the best! The pumpkin flavor was spot on. My Cafe Verona was really good. We both use the Starbucks app and the store personnel is always very helpful 🙂

I placed a order online 12 mins+ in advance they had the hot foot sitting out for 10 mins and they didnt even have the drink ready. they cleared out the entire drive through by the time I even got my drink I stood waiting for 5 mins to 10 mins after the ready by time then I asked for the propper lid as it was a frappe not a normal drink and req a straw the worker tried to brush me off saying it was the only lid they had when I had to tell her no it wasn't I wanted the one a straw could be used in. then after a min of explaining it she was like oh this one? then when I was trying to ask about ordering a size larger because I had noticed I got the wrong size and was going to give the smaller one away she just ignored me and said have a nice day and walked away. frustrated I left. I will not go back to this particular starbucks ever again 5 to 6 people working and still can't get quick service.

I have never waited so long for a cup of coffee. 25 mins. There were 6 girls behind the counter, I counted them! All doing nothing except 1 girl. The girl that waited on me to take my order, was not experienced whatsoever. She couldn't answer the simplest questions like do you carry almond milk? This manager needs to be fired. No one cares here and your paying a fortune for your drink. The place wasn't the cleanest either...
