From the moment I entered the store I felt judged by the associates. I waited over 10 minutes for two lattes. Only to end up with my second drink tasting completely different than a simple white mocha. And I didn't even ask for a remake because it seemed like the associates were upset about working.

We love Starbucks. They are so kind and courteous and treat us well. Special orders are never a problem. They have no idea how nice it is to be treated well and they’re glad to see us when you’ve recently been treated badly at another place. It’s an exercise in gratitude to appreciate the good people and good places in your life.
Kid-friendliness: My kid loves Starbucks. It’s because of her we show up 5 or 6 days a week. Makes her happy. She’s worth it. ?

My drink isn’t hard to make. I stood there and watched the barista make it wrong. I took a sip and handed it back, and said it was wrong. She was crappy and asked what was wrong. I pointed out everything that was wrong with it. She remakes it and again doesn’t follow the label nor the drink recipe. She just did her own thing. She blends it, sees it wrong, and just adds more stuff to it. I just shook my head and I left.

I don't go to Starbucks often, but I'll say every time I have visited these folks here in Sandusky, they have been pretty quick and upbeat along with a fresh cup of joe ready for me every time
My dragonfruit fresher had food in it that looked like a crouton and when I got home I realized that my drink has white stuff floating in it that kinda looked like mold and I had to dump it out and it was full now I have nothing to drink

Coffee, and more. The danishes were very good and a turkey wrap was also very good. Overall the atmosphere was like all other Starbucks some wifi loiterers but otherwise the old in and out costumers. Fast service.

Ashlyn has to be the most downright backwoods employee to ever work for a Starbucks. She refused to serve a black family that had ordered online for pickup. She told them the frap machine was broken. After the black calmly left she served countless Frappuccino’s to others.
