Emphatically the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for one drink as a dozen other people were served before me. Staff made no apologies, offered no compensation, offered no refund. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention the entrance/parking is maybe the worst of any business I’ve ever seen in Sandusky. Truly baffling how terrible my experience was start to finish, I recommend checking out any of the other Starbucks locations in the area instead.

Only needed a cup of ice. Was told I had to purchase something to get it, asked was there a way to get charged for ice only he said no. I just find it hard to believe for me to get a simple cup of ice I needed to buy a drink for $6.00+ at Starbucks. It’s 90 degrees out, a simple act of human kindness would’ve been nice. Again it was just a cup of ice which could’ve been in the smallest cup they had but I was told no.

I door dashed 2 drinks. One was made wrong, when I called the girl had an attitude and acted like I was bothering her for an item that I wanted made correctly. She had horrible customer service skills and I would not recommend anyone to spend money at this Starbucks. Coffee is not cheap at Starbucks so I feel that these workers should take a little more pride in their job!

Went in and walked right out. PACKED. And the place is tiny, so just a few people can leave you without a seat. Not saying this is a bad thing. Just be aware that this shop is more for carryout than anything else. You can get a cozy seat to work or study right up the road at Panera, though.

Lesley at the Starbucks in Kalahari Sandusky, Oh location was so helpful guiding me through the touch screen order menu. She even gave me a couple butter packets for the blueberry muffins. Great way to start my day.
Have been to this location multiple times, but they can never make my drinks right. The refreshers are not made properly or shaken right. I got a pink drink that had next to no coconut milk in it. Very disappointed.

Disgusting bathroom!
My chai is like water with no flavor at all. My husbands Cortada tastes burnt. Worst Starbucks we’ve been to in awhile.
