My wife and I both got burgers and they were way to salty. I was hungry so I had to eat it, but my wife threw hers out. Ordered milkshakes and 1/3 was whipped cream. Never had such a bad meal here before. Not a fan of kiosk ordering either.

I cant tell you about the food because we got too frustrated with their kiosk order system and walked out. Its so sad that the days of custoner service continue to slip away, and employees are replaced by machines and computers. As a senior citizen, I have no desire to deall with a kiosk as opposed to a human. We took our $ elsewhere.

You have to order on a kiosk. No one talks to you until your food is ready & they call your name. Otherwise the food was good quality, burgers & fries done to perfection.

Absolutely terrible experience. They were out of large cups, whipped cream, and had 90% of the lobby shut down two full hours before closing. While we waited, the staff dropped at least ten F-bombs loud enough for customers to hear — totally unprofessional.
Our food took 27 minutes to come out despite only five people being inside when we arrived. Then we waited another 18 minutes for our shakes, which didn’t even arrive until we were done eating. On top of that, three customers who came in after us were served their shakes before we even got ours.
This location has seriously gone downhill. Poor service, long waits, unprofessional behavior, and zero sense of urgency. Won’t be returning.

Dirty, understaffed and food was awful. Horrible experience. Wanted a refund and there was no one to talk to. Employees were running around trying but were super understaffed.
