Employees truly do make or break a company. If you walk in and see a heavier set white woman with a skinny short black woman. you might as well turn around, and they will not make your sub the way you ask, and they always make everything clumped up into one area, leaving a lot of bread. They refused to put on more veggies than the little bit they give you when you ask, simply asked when their shift is over, or go to another one because it is no longer “Make It What You Want” like their slogan

I've had nothing but problems from this subway to wrong orders to mystery meat being placed in my sandwich then taken off and the right meat put on with two tiny little squirts of mayo and mustard. When I call to ask they immediately admit they messed up but unsure why they still gave me a bad sandwich. I am unsure why they deem this to be acceptable.

Even in spite of any past grievances let it be said the crew tries. I saw a woman verbally harassing and threatening physical assault on several team members snd myself for recording... All because she was denied an extra free 6 inch sub for her toddler..
One lady in the dining room area had a panic attack over this, and rather than waste time arguing, one of the younger staff members went out of her way to go and comfort them.
If I hear word any of the staff got fired for this, I will not be returning to this location.

After a very bad experience at the McDonalds across the street we came to Subway for dinner. They were not busy and we were helped right away. The food was fast and hot and delicious. Great location and very clean lobby and restrooms.

We have not been to a subway in quite awhile! We got coupons in mail and sounded like a great deal. We knew it was too good to be true! We got 2 subs for $17 which is not bad but we wanted to use another coupon for a free cookie and after buying 2 bowls which were outrageous ($28 for 2 bowls) and spending a fortune we could get the free cookie - we were wrong! The food was not worth the prices and we will not be going back - ridiculous prices and the girl making them was not friendly at all!
Came here at 6:44 pm on Saturday and no one is Inside. No one is picking up the phone but all lights are on and food out.Sad way to do business!!!

It's fine to train new employees and correct their mistakes, but if you make a big flourish about removing a single pepperoni in front of your customer and want to flaunt just how cheap you are as a franchise, maybe you should look into a new career. Atrocious customer service.
We pulled up and the open sign was on but they said they were closed. They also need a key to turn off a sign.
Sub was good but unprofessional sandwich maker is why they got a 1 star for my visit today. Also bit into a dime sized, rock hard tendony piece of chicken that was pretty gross. I'll go somewhere else next time even though this is the closest subway to me.
