When they first opened, i believe it was the new owners then that helped me. I paid for a 6 in sub and it was more like a 4 in. Sub. And the service was not great, and no gloves.

Whitw male with blue eyes & piercings. I came in on April 1st 2025 at about 3:30 p.m. I got there about 7 minutes early so I waited for the order. When the ready time came I asked for the order and he let me know that he was just getting started on it and that he hadn't worked on the order at all. The order still wasn't done till about 5 minutes after. He pressed ready for the order while I was still watching him prepare the order. I went ahead and let the customer know that he pressed ready for the order but the order actually wasn't ready so essentially he was lying. When he asked me how my day was going I said will not very well because I am almost 7 months pregnant and I'm waiting for an order that you said was ready and I had been very patient and just from asking a question he said and I quote "boo hoo. Cry Me a River." And then he called me a loser. Super terrible customer service. If you didn't like what my answer was going to be then don't ask somebody how their day is when you're the one making their day worse.

10/12/24 The restaurant was dirty. No napkins. Pop machine was broken. They burnt one of the sandwiches and I had to tell them if it was so burnt you couldn't open it I wanted a fresh one. They only put 3 slices of meat on my footlong! They couldn't get my coupon to work and then told me to come back the next day and the manager would refund my money. I went back 10/13/24 and manager was not there. I called the following day after that 10/14/24 and manager said he wouldn't do anything to make this right! I paid $40 for three footlongs and a bag of chips and the order should have been $19.98! DON'T EAT HERE! IT"S A RIP OFF!!!!!
Ordered on doordash. Ran out of my items and wouldn't substitute them in anyway.

This place was actually terrible they didn't have lettuce and decided not to tell us until they were halfway done making our order and then when I ordered one of the numbers they were asking me what i wanted in my sandwich even though the menu tells you what to put in the sandwich and also there are these random people who are probbaly the workers freinds who are very loud abd they are just conversing with them instead of getting more lettuce and now they are throwing stuff around near the counter this place was actually scaring me I do not recommend going

The lady was very unprofessional and made it clear that she did not want to work. She made us feel like we were a burden for coming in. You work in the service industry and giving the guest no sense of belonging is a big issue for me. We will never come to this location again.

Sub was good, girl making sandwiches was very unfriendly and seemed to be upset we dared to come in to order. Was out of a few ingredients and lettuce was wilted. Bathroom and dining room were unclean. Dissatisfied with service overall.
