Sweet Potato Catering handled my daughter’s wedding, and the food was absolutely delicious! We chose the pasta bar and had the team stay to set up and clean up — and I’m so glad we did. The setup was beautiful (I wish I had a picture!). The sauces and dressings were homemade, and the salad was so fresh. Everything was perfect from start to finish. There was nothing mediocre about it.
The food was amazing, and the staff made everything so easy and enjoyable. Katie was wonderful to work with, she made sure every detail was taken care of and that all our needs were met with both the food and service. You can tell they really care about what they do, and it shows. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great food and even better people!
We used Sweet Potato Catering for a 50th anniversary party for about 65 people. All of the food was absolutely delicious and everyone raved about it. We had meat, cheese and fruit as an appetizer, bread with roasted garlic herb butter, mixed greens salad, garlic & herb chicken breast with white wine sauce, red wine braised short ribs, herb roasted red skin potatoes and mixed roasted vegetables.
