Highly disappointed. They were dead, no customers, not even in the drive thru!! Nachos for my nachos & cheese were crumbs, taco was barely filled. smallest $6.59 burrito supreme I have ever seen, bare 4 inches long very skinny missing lettuce! C'mon now WTH! I WANT MY $$$ BACK!!

Its gross... I've been around the world eating Taco Bell overseas and in the hood and never seen such a neglected and disgusting Taco Bell in my life. The bathroom was the start... the seating was the finish... everything between was absolutely horrifying.

Sat for 30 minutes wait for food!!! They have one girl making the food one guy taking orders while a another employee just walks around with a drink on her phone the whole time not helping

Dude was actually so rude, I would have given him the advantage until I saw how screwed over we were on our food, now that someone’s messed with my food after 12 hours of not eating I’m upset. He did not acknowledge us at all, snatched the card out of my friend’s hand, and after opening our food up I got the grilled cheese burrito which was smaller than the taco, on top of that my burrito was literally just tortilla with the tiniest bit of meat. The tacos had no lettuce on them, They were hard and had barely meat in them just like the burrito.

Sat in this drive thru for 50 minutes to get to the window and be told they didn’t check me in at the speaker for my mobile order. Worst Taco Bell on the planet!!! And I gotta tell ya I don’t have high expectations for fast food!!
Service is good but the food? Taco bell has gotten pretty expensive since covid and the quality is in the basement. Seems as though everytime I decide to go back and try them again I now end up sick the next day. Do better taco bell.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. My bf and I went to cedar point hall weekends and wanted to grab dinner before we started our 1 and half hour drive home. We waited over an HOUR in the drive through line. There was only 7 cars in front of us and once you’re in the line you can’t get out.
