Would give zero stars if I could! Physically trapped in the drive thru for an hour and forty minutes. No apology or explanation. About 10 cars total were served in the entire time I was there.

Food is constantly wrong, if you see any cars in the drive thru just turn around unless you want to wait 45 min to get 2 cars through. Half the time any fried foods are simultaneously cold and overcooked

They need to change their hours on the door and window. They all say 9am but they are never open on time! This is the 3rd time I've tried to stop there around 930am and they either don't answer or say they aren't open yet. Guess I will just stop trying to give them my business.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Ordered online and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to have 1 car move. Doors were locked and waiting room was full of teenagers. While I understand they seemed to be overwhelmed just choosing to completely disregard people in the drive thru is diabolical especially considering once you are in the drive thru the curb doesn’t allow you to exit; luckily the 4 cars that pulled in behind me reversed and left so I could do the same.

By far the worst Taco Bell location and service I’ve ever received. I placed a mobile order for the drive thru 10 minutes before I even got there. Seeing the drive thru line made me want to go inside, thinking picking it up inside would be quicker. I notified a worker inside that I was picking my mobile order up inside instead of the drive thru, thinking it shouldn’t be such a hassle. The workers had a lot of orders onscreen and a busy drive thru, but had NO sense of urgency whatsoever. It was now well over 45 minutes waiting for my food, so I asked for a refund, (which other customers waiting for food asked for one too.) Getting a refund was even more of a hassle. The workers and manager were completely unprofessional and had no empathy. No apologies or caring that I waited well over an hour. Save your time and do not come here.

My dad ordered 2 steak quesadillas, but they put the wrong sauce on them. It made me throw up, and now my mouth is burning. I don’t know if I can return because they keep messing up my orders, especially the sauce.

Took forever to get our food and the Mexican pizza was burnt we couldn't even eat it. Employees were rude and yelling the whole time we were there. Another customer waited over an hour for their food and they were not even busy at all. We will not be back

6 workers standing around and after 30 plus mins, I had to request my money back from the “manager” I believe they completed 3 orders in 30 mins. 100 percent the worst servoce I’ve ever seen
