Standing here waiting for a pickup order. No employees acknowledged me. They just stand there talking. Only one employee is making food. There are zero customers in the lobby at 5pm. One, maybe 2 cars in Drive thru. She apologized for the wait very condescendingly. When the customer text me through the app, I made sure to tell her in great detail the lack of urgency these employees had and making her order as I watched them make every other order besides mine. The order was about 10 minutes past ready time. Not one employee came up to acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything. They didn't ask if I was here to order or here for doordash they just let me stand there and looked at me with a bunch of dumb looks on their faces. I will suggest, if you don't enjoy your job or if your job isn't fulfilling you, there are numerous places here on Milan that are hiring. Maybe try something else.

This is place isn’t clean at all. The bathrooms are gross! 🤮 no employees acknowledge you when you walk in & they aren’t friendly. Waiting for the food took so long!! Listening to loud music with cussing, the employees are having conversations amongst themselves not acknowledging anyone.

It's cheap OK Mexican food, and if you're in a hurry. Fairly quick service but I don't make complicated orders. Every item has been correctly prepared. The dining area appears clean but I've never been to the restroom to see its condition. 🤔

Fold was awesome! Took over 30 minutes to get it and couldn’t leave cause I already paid. Not a good experience. Only 3 people I saw working. If you have an hour and nothing else to do then go for it. If you have anything to do I would go somewhere else.
I just waited in the drive through line at this location for over half an hour (more like 40 minutes... due to the fact that their drive through was designed in such a way that you have no choice but to wait). All just to get a Cantina chicken bowl, 2 burritos, and a nacho. We pull up to the window and see the dude scrolling through Facebook for another 5 minutes. Once the kitchen brought my food over he then and only then opens the window to take my payment. Tell me why I get home and find out that my cantina chicken bowl doesn't even have a single piece of chicken in it. There were 4 or five people working and hardly any customers inside. What the heck?!?!?

Grilled cheese burrito was grilled to the paper. 1 side was completely stuck. Tacos ordered without tomatoes had tomatoes. Missing ingredients in other food. The tables are all sticky. This place is a mess.
