Great place to grab a steak. They don't take reservations so I recommend getting on the wait list when you're on the way to the restaurant to avoid a long wait. We waited 20 minutes after we were seated to get a drink order because the staff didn't know who was assigned to our table, but the service was fine after that. Steaks and sides were great.

Got there around 4:00 so things hadn't got cranked up yet. Staff was friendly, the place had a vibe. Everyone smiling having a good time and still doing their job. They danced and sang. It was a good time.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Had a party of 10. Did call ahead seating. Had 2 separate servers because of the size of our group. Half of the group received their salad and meal before the other half ever got their salads. Meals came out immediately after getting salad. One member never got their salad or meal. Was told it was accidentally not ordered but when the bill came it was on another couples bill. Nothing but excuses from management. What was supposed to be a Birthday celebration was a complete disappointment. Your service needs some serious improvement. If a mistake is made apologize and don’t try to make it something it is not. You need todo better. The server then handed the bills to a member of our party and said to hand them out. Unacceptable.

Traveling as often as I do, I know I can always count on a consistently seasoned steak by going to a nearby Texas Roadhouse. My experience at this location was on par with the others with the exception of the steak. The steak was severely underseasoned and cooked unevenly. Might have been a one off for them, so ill give them the benefit of a doubt since their staff was friendly, the beer was cold, and the music good as always!

Very disappointing experience at this Texas Roadhouse location. We were a party of four, including two toddlers. We ordered two kids’ meals, but the server only put in one. I mentioned it twice, and by the time the second meal finally came out, my child had already eaten most of my food and wasn’t even hungry anymore.
On top of that, my wife’s steak was gummy and had a strange texture. We brought all of this to the manager’s attention and received no apology or acknowledgment at all. The only resolution was that we didn’t pay for her steak, which was the bare minimum. My steak was fine, but that doesn’t make up for the overall experience.
To make things worse, I ordered a water with my drink and never received it despite mentioning it twice. Somehow, they ended up bringing a water to my kid instead of me, which was almost comical at that point.
Between the missed orders, poor food quality, lack of communication, and zero customer service from management, we definitely won’t be returning to this location.
