Personally I've always loved the food here, I get the mozzarella sticks every time they're better than anywhere else. But be prepared for the inflated prices because it's in CP.

Food was very good along with the service. This review is from my experience in the summer of 2023.The atmosphere was very nice and clean with relaxed dining. We enjoyed our food selections which were nicely portioned and prepared. The only thing I found was that the prices seemed to be higher at this location than other TGI Fridays that I've been. I didn't know that the prices vary so much between locations. ?

Asked for a booth, was told to sit at the bar. Then watched the same hostess sit other people at the booths. Was told their was only one server. Took 10 minutes to get a coke. Told the server I was ready to order appetizer & entree. He told me he’ll just take my appetizer order for now. Then tried to order mozzarella sticks, was told they’re out because it’s late in the season. So tried to order pretzel bites, was told the same thing. Ended up getting potato skins, ate some of them, drank all my coke. Sat with an empty drink for 15 minutes watching other tables get served food and refills while the server walked past me and my empty cup about ten times. Never got a chance to actually order my entree because he was busy. Meanwhile there were at least two other servers working. So not sure why I couldn’t get a booth or why I was neglected by my server. Ended up paying about $30 for some potatoes and a coke. Cedar Point has gone downhill, I paid $600 for a one night stay at their hotel and every single employee was unpleasant and many standing around with their arms crossed just praying a guest doesn’t approach them.

Typical TGI Friday's, but it's at an amusement park! It's just a short walk from the midway.

The single worst dining experience in my memory, service was terrible, manager had an attitude and this was a “medium rare”

Dont eat here. Just stay INSIDE the park itself and spend the same or less for much better food!! Severely over priced, decent food with poor service. Also, this restaurant is NOT "in the park." You have to maze through a hotel to find it.

Seems to be a trend no one in the enitre area is trained. If you bartender at TGIFridays and have Leinenkugels summer shandy on tap in the summer when it's hot out, you should at least understand what that is and that you have it... at both bar taps no less. I can't imagine what I would get if I ordered

Wait staff was awesome. The kitchen was slow and ended up leaving after waiting an hour, and still not all our food was out

Food was OK, but nothing special. The fish looked like it was cooked from the frozen packs found at supermarkets given how quickly it came out. It was again, OK, but the breading used for the batter was chalky. The burger was fine too. The fries were nice and crispy. Not the fastest or most accurate service either. However, with Perkins having such ridiculous evening hours, restaurant options are limited.Parking: Parking is part of the hotel car park

Nonsense place. Sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes. No food ever came. It wasn’t busy. The server couldn’t tell us what was going on. We ended up leaving with two hangry children and no food. Ended up eating vending machine snacks for dinner because everything was closed by the time we finally abandoned.

I'd review the food or drinks but, unfortunately, I didn't get any to review. After standing at the bar for 8 minutes without a greeting, acknowledgement or even a "go f yourself", I left to go get service elsewhere.

I've eaten at this particular TGI Fridays several times over the years because I have a family member that seems to like it. I don't find anything about this place to be good and don't think the restaurant would stay in business if it weren't for its Cedar Point Breakers Hotel customers. The service is hit or miss, food quality is mediocre, and the atmosphere is unappealing.

I've come to this Sandusky Cedar Point for a couple years now, due to location, there are only so many options for dinner. For a family with young children, plan as far ahead as possible regarding dinner options. As most parents do, we found the sand bar and had a couple drinks by the pool, but as dinner came, we decided to order from TGI Fridays as the lunch we've had in previous visits was great! We ended up calling on the phone interested in placing a carry out order, where we were then told they didn't take orders on the phone and that someone would need to come in to order. My 19 year old and her little brother offered to take the walk over there, where they were then told they couldn't place a carry out order. The misinformation spread on the phone and the many trips back and forth should've been avoided had the employees or restaurant had been clearer with this information. TGI Fridays does not do carry out after 8pm.After an angry phone call from one of us parents, we took another trip back down to find out that to order take out from TGI Fridays after 8pm you need to be 21+ and that it must be ordered from the bar. Now my 19 year old and I went back down there so i could order takeout for the kids from the bar where we were then told 'sure, you guys can try' with a smug smile from a hostess. Of course my 19 year old and I set down at the bar and ordered takeout from the bar just like that, might i add with no questions or suspicion about her age. I wish i wasn't as surprised to see another parent with children much younger nearby dealing with the same treatment, we were chatting and he was so visibly upset about being told that the only available restaurant on the premise was refusing to serve dinner to him and his young children. I understand how minimum wage jobs can be terrible, however for multiple workers who we've spoken to during this event to be so rude and dismissive to parents just trying to feed their children is unacceptable.
